Really nice spot but took 20-25 minutes for a regular coffee with Splenda I had to ask for it because they just completely forgot. Pretty ridiculous and I am pretty understanding always but that's unacceptable.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Nassau County! Service is fast and staff is very friendly! I love coming here for my refresher pick me ups! However, one caveat is that the reception inside the building is nonexistent. If I want to reload/add funds to my Starbucks account, for example, I have to step outside for the internet to work…

Staff was rude. Gave me dirty looks when entering and ordering. Do not care about the customer. Some employees even “play around” when the store is busy! These employees need to be retrained or demoted! Their attitudes alone made me not want to come back here ever! Will be taking my business to another Starbucks!

Pearl, one of the baristas there is an absolute beast at making drinks. She is really really fast!! It is always fun watching her make drinks. She has such a great attitude and personality. Love this location! Keep rockin Pearl!
