Recent visit (most of these reviews are years old), fast service, clean space, classic sandwiches (veggie and Buffalo chicken) were exactly as expected/ordered online. Fresh ingredients, tasted fine. Ready for pickup as scheduled, no issues there. It's a Subway not a gourmet experience so you're getting what you should reasonably expect from it. No complaints!

The girl working here right now tells me and my boyfriend who wanna eat there that shes closing in 15 mins yet it was 8:24. She was obviously annoyed that we wanted to eat there. Really gross attitude.

I do not understand why the restaurant has an open time and doesn't honor it and the workers aren't communicating why the doors are still locked after 9:15 AM. If you do not open the store until after 9:30 that's the hours that should be reported at store front and

This is the worst Subway I have ever ordered from. Consistently for years, it doesnt matter what you order, they slap together whatever they want and send it with the delivery service ($ 10). Today, I finally had some time that allowed me to go there - there is no manager on site, no manager to contact and the staff agreed that they made the sandwich I took back, but said it was a mistake. They cannot give refunds on anything at the store. DO NOT ORDER HERE. They are lucky they are in a busy part of Mineola, so they are making a good profit, otherwise, they would have failed years ago.

My kids like Subway but what I don’t like about it is the meat it looks old and the cheese as well And personally I don’t find it clean restaurant!

By far the best experience I’ve had at a subway, new owners are managing this establishment fantastically. Very happy with my time there, incredibly nice owner.

I've been to Subway numerous times at all different locations. I came to this Subway today. Last time I will go to any Subway. They have gone downhill big time. I ordered the BMT footlong. First off, the prices went up a lot. $9.50 for a footlong. That's basically the same price as a real Deli. What happened to the $5 footlongs?? Second of all, they are so cheap with the meat. They basically put two slices of cheese, three slices of salami, and maybe four slices of ham, but paper thin ham. They basically put more vegetables than meat. At least when you go to a real Deli, they pack the sandwiches with meat.
