Been looking forward to try this place after seeing the glowing reviews and the grammable pictures but I left feeling disappointed and my stomach churned from eating too much grease. Roasted potatoes and yucca was just overly fried french fries, lobster mac and cheese roll with fried chicken was fried mac and cheese with popcorn chicken on top. Munchkin burgers were very VERY dry without the glaze or coffee infusion as it promised on the menu. I was very hungry and I ate everything but I felt like I was eating bar food prepared by bartenders or fast food prepped by teens. To top it all off, bill came with credit card surcharge before asking how I'll be paying. Maybe we visited on a day when owner/chef wasn't in. Maybe food is better other days as in other reviews. Too bad we won't be back to find out.

Can I say wow! What a hidden Gem! If you haven't tried Vinoco, it's a must. The owner is amazing and personally in the restaurant and is complete hands on and it shows, in his food and drinks. I didn't have many pictures because the food was so beautiful and good, I couldn't wait to eat it all up and totally forgot to take pictures after my first bite! If that doesn't say how good it is, then I don't know what will. This is tapas style, so go ahead and order a little of everything as we did ! With whatever choice you will not be disappointed!

I had never eaten anything so delicious. When I tried the meat and chicken empanadas I thought who is the person who invented such a tremendous flavor. 100% recommended a hidden place where you can eat as many times as you want.

Shameful and unhygienic.Served our food to another table by accident. It was touched and partially eaten. They took it away and served it to us within 45 seconds. When asked if it’s the same dish they said no, it’s fresh.

Lived in mineola for the longest time and never realized what exactly this place is. It's a tapas place the chef happened to be our waiter ?. Talk about someone who's passionate, artistic, constantly trying to challenge themselve and stimulate there mind thru there art which is cooking! This isn't a restaurant that you go to just because you want to eat or are hungry this is a whole different experience that I'm sure would cost you hundreds of dollars maybe even more if it were in Manhattan. The owner has a few regular items on his menu that doesn't change the rest changes 4x a year! I guess that means I'll have to come back at least a minimum of 3 more times in the next year. My recommendation is to do what me and a friend did and tell the chef if your allergic or won't eat certain foods and have him bring you 4 or 5 plates of his favorite dishes, I enjoyed all of them. I even left feeling silly that a place so cool like this has existed for so long and only yesterday was my first time experiencing what is vinoco

Great date night/celebration spot. Love the small plates to share, particularly truffle Mac and cheese. Veggie paella had good flavor.

Went for dinner on a Friday night and both waiter and chef were very personable. Chef gave us overview of menu and recommendations. When asked waiters opinion he told us the pintos with banana and pork. We enjoyed every dish as they were hot, flavorful and wonderful combinations. The little burgers on donut dough. Peach sangria was delicious.

10 out of 10!! Not kidding!! All of the tapas are amazing!! Different flavors with a great variety. Different dishes extenuating different flavors banana with pork, fig and prosciutto, steak ariepta, Steak avocado... all amazing!! 10 out of 10!! Dessert empandas were a perfect ending to a perfect meal/experience/adventure. Owner/chef is friendly and informative!! Great pick and would do again in a heartbeat!!
