Probably the best ramen i've had. Broth was extra fatty and flavorful, unlike any other place i've been to. Insane that a place with LA/Manhattan quality is just sitting here in Mineola! Best part is you're not paying for their rent either, prices are very fair.
Also good taste in music selection.

Wow amazing food and service!! I got the Niku ramen I definitely recommend it, one of the best meals I’ve had. My partner had the tonkatsu ramen, he said in his opinion if you’re looking for crunch inside, add the chicken appetizer to the ramen and it’s perfect. The only slight problem was it’s very tiny, and the place fills up QUICK! But I see how this place was nominated #2 nationwide for ramen, great spot.

The best ramen I've ever had. The broth is so flavorful and has a nice spice to it. The pork meat is also so soft and juicy. Along with the noodles with a soft great texture. Everything was amazing. The fries with the sauce was really good too! The drinks were delicious too. The only thing is the restaurant is pretty small so it can feel a bit tight. Aside from that, the decor of the restaurant is beautiful!

Yelp ranked this as the 2nd best ramen shop in the USA and it is!!! I’ve been at so many ramen place in NY and so far this was the best ramen! It’s an hour drive from where I live and will come back for more. Also had really good matcha parfait.
Came here because it’s close to my baby’s clinic. The food is good and the atmosphere is fine. But I do want to mention that the service is not friendly at all if you are here with special needs. We came here with a baby and his stroller. The staff squeezed the stroller to the corner of the table and give us the table of 2. The time we came is 1:10pm and it’s kind of end of the lunch peak time and they refuse to let the baby to stay at the side of the table and the baby has to stay at the corner. The staff said that the stroller will block the walkway but clearly it is not. I only give 5% tip for the service and will not come back. If you want to make min 18% tips, the service should be worth it.

I went to this place for lunch and to scout it out. It was my first time coming here, and the first thing that happened when entering the establishment is one of the staff welcoming me. The restaurant itself is a bit small, but the serving staff there are very attentive and kind. And the decor within the place is very colorful and eye-catching.
The place also seems to be a hot spot for friends and family with children. I ordered the Fried Shrimp Curry with Melon Cream Soda. As I waited, the staff made sure every customer's glass of water was always filled, and they took out out any remnants of trash that was on the table.
As soon as my food came out, it smelled absolutely delicious, so I immediately digged in. The curry sauce was hot and smooth, while the fried shrimp were so crispy and juicey. Paired with the cold melon soda, the entire dish was amazing.
I will definitely have to come back to this establishment with my friends and siblings, so we can try out the ramen and rice bowl dishes!

Super cozy inside! All the workers were extremely attentive, always smiling, and kind. The food was incredible! Can’t go wrong with what you order. We got the green tea ice cream parfait. The cream with the dessert was to die for. You won’t regret stopping by here for a meal with friends or family.
