It’s really sad when you want to support small businesses but the people working there including the owner make it a place that you don’t want to spend your money at. they do what ever they want talk to people however they want! & have zero customer service skills amongst other things. Don’t waste your time or money with this establishment. Save yourself the headache an unwanted stress.

I was a paying customer while going to this store they treat their customers disrespectfully and when ordering food they never make it the way its ordered. I have delt with being treated unfairly by the owner of the store and the elder woman who works their. They have no proper customer service. They also treated a mother to a child unfairly and inappropriately in front of me while on the store property. Very disappointed with their service

We got told they weren’t making the sandwiches again and to never order there again all because they wanted to just put what they didn’t put on my sub on after we had already opened it highly unsanitary and before that we called and got hung up on I ordered and Italian with everything extra banana peppers extra Swiss extra mayo and extra oil they didn’t put any cheese on one sub ordered extra cheese and the other 4 subs had what they were suppose to but like 2 pieces of everything on them this is what I got tell me someone wouldn’t be upset after spending 65 dollars there

Won’t be eating at the Grover Hills Deli ever again… called to ask them about my chicken wrap and they said that’s what chicken should look like and hung up on me… I should’ve looked at the reviews before going there. They have gone down hill in the past 5 years.
