Got the Wake Me Up! Coffee ice cream, fudge, and Heath bar bits. Yummmmm. Emily was the most outstanding ice cream preparer & server. She answered all our questions and then some!

The cream was good but the service was horrible! The girl was so mean. I just went there 20 minutes ago. She make us feel bad with her attitude and we were just trying to have an ice cream in a sunny day

It's a typical ice cream place, it's kinda hard to screw up ice cream. It's bought in, not made on site, and it's just combining ready-to-eat items. Prices are typical, trending high, like everyone.First, as a former food truck owner, alerting customers as to what is not available before they get to the window, is key. And save the, "wrecking our $500 menu board" speech. There are ways to do this without damaging the board, it's not tough.Also, don't ask people to change reviews and reference a sob story.Someone's experience was their experience and they rate it based on that. Leave it alone. Otherwise, ratings are worthless.Lastly, just because I leave a review when you're not open, means what, exactly? You chastised someone for leaving a review when you weren't open.The only thing you could possibly be suggesting is that the reviewer is...lying? Really? That's your custoner response? Question the validity of the review because it was done when you weren't open.Sorry, I didn't know the rules of reviewing dictated I must do so during business hours.Your ice cream is fine, selection is good, but for the love of God, don't engage reviews the way you are, it's a turn-off and makes me not want to patronize you in the future.Edit: you're doing it again ?Your reply makes little to no sense. The review regarding you not having flavors was not complaining about you not having the flavors, it was complaining that you did not have anything showing what was out. I just looked at the review again to make sure I got it right...I did.Anyways, you claim you did have signs informing people about what was unavailable. Ok. I don't know if you did or did not, but you are lying when you try to make it seem like the reviewer was upset about an issue beyond your control, flavor supply. That's simply a lie. He said nothing about your supply issue problem, simply that he would have appreciated some signage.Again, you claim you had signage...ok.Your response should have looked like this:Thank you for your review. Regrettably, a primary vendor of ours could not provide us with all of our usual flavors, and we did our best to inform guests what we were unable to offer. We placed signs in various locations, such as (list the locations). You are correct in stating that we did not alter our main menu board, and if you did not see the signage we placed regarding what was unavailable, we apologize and will try to make them even more conspicuous in the future.The reviewer was CLEARLY upset that they asked for several flavors, and had to be told at the window that they were unavailable. Had he seen your alleged signage indicating this as you claim, then he wouldn't have complained. You totally missed the mark with his review. You did. Just admit it.Regarding the review that occurred when you weren't open, you typed (and I took a screenshot in case you decide to change it) that it was at 11:44a.m, but in the reply to me, it's 2a.m. that the person did it...which is it? Better yet, who cares? You still haven't explained why the time of a review matters. Unless someone types, "I just left Business A, and it was the worst experience ever," and you can prove that the review occurred at a time when someone could not have just left, as it would be impossible, then ok, you can call out the reviewer as a liar.Shy of that, the time someone chooses to leave their review is irrelevant.You can defend yourself against lies, but please tell me where either of those reviewers lied.The man that wanted to see signs indicating what was not available might have been MISTAKEN.
