I wish I could give zero stars. The parking lot smelled like weed there were employees smoking weed in their car in the parking lot. They messed up my order and when I called the manager said well it’s too bad. I’ll refund your bagel, but that’s it and we’re allowed to smoke weed because it’s legal. Horrible place I would rather go to new Paltz or any other Dunkin’ Donuts or anywhere else avoid this place at all cost. They will screw you up.

My low rating only reflects on the CURRENT employees and, one in particular...a female, possibly a supervisor! FIRST I NEED TO SAY... THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND THEN ACTUALLY TOOK THE FOOD BACK, AFTER WE LOOKED IN THE BAG!! 😳 MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING BACK THERE!!! SO....went in today... usually, the employees are really nice, very friendly! (Looks like new ppl working there!!) Anyway, I ordered a $6 MEAL DEAL for my Sis, using my app. So the young man who took my order asked, which meat in the sandwich... I said, isn't it only sausage? He said that we can get whatever we wanted....to our surprise, my Sister got the bacon, instead of sausage. After, I checked my rcpt, and saw I was charged FULL PRICE for EACH ITEM!! I kept trying to get someone's attention... (they were playing the music TOO LOUDLY... guess they didn't hear me). Meanwhile, they already gave the FOOD items to my sister. I finally got the attention of the female (supervisor?)... She didn't have the most CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY ATTITUDE! She kept saying the $6 Meal Deal has NO SUBSTITUTIONS... The young man apologized to HER! She refunded me and then rang me up again for the $6 deal! Long story... but... I was VERY SURPRISED THAT SHE TOOK THE FOOD BACK!! Instead of just refunding the difference... SMH!! STARBUCKS WOULD NEVER DO THAT!! They CAN'T GIVE THAT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER, ONCE IT LEAVES THE COUNTER!! OR... SHE TOTALLY WASTED IT AND THREW IT AWAY.... VERY SAD!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!

I frequent this Dunkin a lot and I have to say, I leave more than satisfied every time! The two gentlemen working today at 3:30 were very very kind, and when they told me they were out of the muffin I ordered, they compensated with plenty of goodies as a replacement that I didn’t even request they do! Service is always speedy and very friendly and my coffee is always made to perfection. As always, I left with a smile! :)

I thought service was fantastic they even fixed my screw up okay maybe the sausage egg and cheese croissant was a little more toasted than I would like but my husband says I'm being picky about that because that's the only negative I can find good job keep it up

One of the employees, I couldn't see his name, but he was about 20 or 23 years old and had a beard, made fun of the color of my clothes. I was wearing a green polo shirt, and the employee, in a very mocking way, said (Merry Christmas) while laughing. I was with my wife. They should select their staff better, because we, the customers, are the ones who make it possible for that employee to be paid a salary. If I could give it 5 negative stars, I would give them without hesitation.
We have continued horrible experiences with the assistant manager Jena. Always rude. She literally laughed in my face when I told her I’m not paying $6.00 x 2 for a coffee I cannot drink. How difficult is it to get an order correct Jena???? Makes our coffee incorrectly and tells me “you’ll get it the way we make it”. Horrible person to have represent your business.

I go here everyday because there’s not any other fast food options— food is absolutely disgusting tastes freezer burnt everyday and I reluctantly keep eating it. Someone needs to open a Starbucks around here ?
