I frequent this Dunkin a lot and I have to say, I leave more than satisfied every time! The two gentlemen working today at 3:30 were very very kind, and when they told me they were out of the muffin I ordered, they compensated with plenty of goodies as a replacement that I didn’t even request they do! Service is always speedy and very friendly and my coffee is always made to perfection. As always, I left with a smile! :)

I thought service was fantastic they even fixed my screw up okay maybe the sausage egg and cheese croissant was a little more toasted than I would like but my husband says I'm being picky about that because that's the only negative I can find good job keep it up

One of the employees, I couldn't see his name, but he was about 20 or 23 years old and had a beard, made fun of the color of my clothes. I was wearing a green polo shirt, and the employee, in a very mocking way, said (Merry Christmas) while laughing. I was with my wife. They should select their staff better, because we, the customers, are the ones who make it possible for that employee to be paid a salary. If I could give it 5 negative stars, I would give them without hesitation.

We have continued horrible experiences with the assistant manager Jena. Always rude. She literally laughed in my face when I told her I’m not paying $6.00 x 2 for a coffee I cannot drink. How difficult is it to get an order correct Jena???? Makes our coffee incorrectly and tells me “you’ll get it the way we make it”. Horrible person to have represent your business.

I go here everyday because there’s not any other fast food options— food is absolutely disgusting tastes freezer burnt everyday and I reluctantly keep eating it. Someone needs to open a Starbucks around here ?

My experience at this dunkin was a nightmare, my food was cold, the coffee I received was from someone else’s order. When I brought it up to the manager Melissa she pretty much told me that there 1000000 other Dunkin’s in our area and I can gladly go to one of them. Also the floors are very sticky and there is definitely a fly problem that needs to be worked on

I honestly don't know where to start with this establishment but overall if I could give it negative stars I would. Donuts are infested with flies, I've seen employees spit in drinks, managers dont wear proper hair restraints that have caused several hairs in my food but yet they force the other workers to wear proper attire. beyond rude managers. drinks always taste like cigarettes as employees are consistently outside smoking rather than working when there's huge lines. place needs a serious food inspection.
