If I could put 0 stars I would. Not the first time this happened. Took a few times before I finally posted a review. Paesanos does not take credit card first of all. You need cash only. Also, This place puts like no cheese on a plain pie and barely any sauce. When I picked up my large pie, it looked like it was dried out in the Sahara Dessert for the day and dried to a prune. Completely bare. Sorry but it's not the first time. But it is the last.

Gf pizza appears to be cooked right in oven like regular pizza so crazy flour contamination making this celiac person sick. I can do with some cross contamination but this was like they set it in flour... just needs to be placed on a aluminum tray to avoid this. If not for getting sick it was a delicious pizza.

This is the second time... it seems like Paesano's picks and chooses the way they fulfill delivery orders... asked for a regular pizza very very light on the cheese and an order of garlic knots... garlic knots were ok but they made the pizza wrong again and when I called them they placed the blame on me rather than admitting they made a mistake... their response when I asked for a regular sized pizza was I was actually asking for regular cheese... to be honest Pizza Hut does a better job at getting orders correctly even though they are not as good quality... the girl I called back and spoke to knew she was wrong and put some guy on who, to his credit, sided with her but never offered to make it right... absolutely terrible customer service...

Best pizza around, great sauce, cheese and toppings... when you just want great pizza... this is the place.
We had never heard of Paesanos until we moved to Modena. We were happy to find out that the pizza is great, garlic knots are the best, extra crispy wings are amazing and the subs are delicious. Also prices are very reasonable. Only complaint is that they only deliver for cash.

Was welcomed with lots of smiles and hellos from the staff.Ordered an Italian combo and Buffalo chicken wrap. Both were very good.I don't tip when picking up food but I tipped when I was greeted with so much enthusiasm and friendliness. I recommend this place 10 out of 10

i ordered a pizza and picked it up. When I got home I realized it was made not how I ordered. I took the pizza back and said to the man that was there (owner?) a mistake was made this isn't what I ordered. He became irate and swore at me asking me what the **** do you want me to do? I said I don't know. make the pizza I ordered? He said you can't just eat this? I said no. It's not what I ordered. He said so you're throwing a whole ******* pizza away. I said you're rude this is how you do business? You are throwing it away. I just want what i ordered and paid for. He threw the pizza in the trash and asked what did I order. I told him. He made the pie reluctantly and with no apology For his verbal assaults. When it was done another employee gave me the pie and said I owed another 2.50. I paid and left. I went home and checked the prices online and he got me for the 2.50. Whatever. I just wanted to leave and go home to feed my family this pizza after a long day at work. This was my first time going there and my last. It's too bad because the pizza was decent. I just won't tolerate profane verbal abuse in any circumstance. We all have a bad day now and again, that doesn't excuse a person to swear at me and curse me because of a mistake on your part sir.
