It is rare I have a problem with any place but something about the chicken quesadillas there the atmosphere it always feels like home. The staff is incredible they work so hard and always engaging. Lex served me today she did an incredible job as always I work all the time was very down and it felt good to know after moving back to putnam valley I still have my favorite hangouts. Carl deserves a lot of credit too I will never forget the covid shutdown how sad he was for his staff just a guy who cares. Theresa and Stephanie should run their own place one day they are that knowledgeable of the business. I hope Ashley still works there shes brilliant in life became like a sister to me thats how frequent I used to go there when I lived at home. I am writing this so corporate understands these are hard working people who go above and beyond. By the way let them choose the music as long as its not explicit so they don't have to hear the same songs all day switch it up.

Danielle K 8/4/25 barely served us we had multiple different servers (understandable low staff and restaurant packed) she only handed us menus took over 15 min to order food (we had to ask a different server who brought us water) she was nowhere to be found eventually she showed up only speaking to my husband ignored me and never asked what I wanted my husband had to say it for me since she was only speaking to him she was more focused on other people than us we came at 4-4:30pm that day and we finally got out around 5:59pm. She didn’t take our food nor handed us nor check on us but she was desperate for the check money hungry to be exactly no “thank you” nothing sadly… She only speaks to men so be careful ladies!!! lol

They need to do some work on their bloody Marys and bar staff. This was nothing like a bloody marry. The bartender should have direct that she didn’t have a the correct mix. I knew instantly when it showed up it wasn’t going to taste right as it looked like diluted juice. The tap wasn’t working for a beer I asked for instead. The bartenders (yes 2) kept disappearing while it wasn’t busy. They made sure to push food on us each time e were ere there. I mentioned all of this to the manager who was kind and checked on us. I mistakenly ordered the sampler app that was frozen food at best. This place was good years ago.

How my 1 star (should be zero) was immediately taken down I'll never know so here is attempt two... After almost 100 dollars spent I see the manager and bartender whom was excellent all day laughing at me when I look up... I ask Ashley and she confirms he made a Comment about me. When we spoke he admitted to making the comment about me and I said i don't appreciate being laughed out. He responded I can't laugh in my own place. Disgraceful behavior and I was a huge customer. The best Applebee’s. Feels like family every time I walk in. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. The food is always ON. POINT. Kudos to the kitchen manager! I highly recommend the southwest chicken bowl, it’s so good. Don’t forget to order a lava cake. My bestie and I have dessert dates just for that.

It was my 21st birthday, I came in with a few friends and my server Jackie not only provided wonderful service but made our table feel special. Very funny girl would definitely sit in her section again
