Do people actually eat food here? I was sitting in my booth for 45 mins earlier today with zero service, no “how are you, what can I get you, want something to drink?”. And then on the way out the hostess and waitresses who were right next to my empty table held the door open and gave a “have a nice day”. Zero clue on what planet they’re on!! I remember going to this Applebees as a child in the early 2000s when it first opened and used to love it. I thought bringing my children here would be an awesome blast from the past but I will not return under any circumstance. After this I am calling the FBI because they must be laundering money because how else could they stay open!!!!

I absolutely love Shannon and Anna, they always provide fantastic service. The managers Will and Carl provide excellent customer care. I bring my autistic 2 year old nephew, he’s very limited with the foods he eats and they are amazing at ensuring he has what he needs. I feel like family when we’re there!

The service was wonderful and fast, the server was very friendly and professional. My Whiskey Burger with waffle fries was delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. This Applebees is my favorite and I always stop by whenever I’m in the area.

This establishment is managing nicely. Customers are not allowed to wait. They are created as soon as they come in the establishment. Take her orders are taking quickly and are double check for accuracy.
Fun family place. The bar area is very inviting. Prices are good. A must visit.

I like the atmosphere and the vibe in this applebee's. Service was nice and quick. Only the food we had today was not excellent. We had a combo menue (appetizer plus two entrees) and maybe because those are so "affordable", they lack on quality. However, that cannot be an excuse. We had a chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes and a bacon cheeseburger with fries.The mashed potatoes were unseasoned and the cheeseburger was not hot - only warm. And it released so much liquid, that the fries got all wet and soggy.I will for sure go again to this venue, but I won't go for the cheap combo meals again.

Medium rare steak came out well done. An easy fix but the server never came by agian until my fellow diners were already finished with their meals. (She wasnt on the floor to even call for almost 25 minutes) The management had one person tending bar, waitressing and bussing. The highlight of the decor were holiday icicle lights.
