Benvenuto II — Mohegan Lake

Went today for pick up normally this is my favorite spot i ordered two large pies, mozzarella sticks and a salad come to 77$ and some change my credit card statement however said i was charged $90.10 i call thr restaurant and was told they don’t see anything in their system and there is nothing they can do. Adding a tip with out customer knowledge is credit card fraud JUST SAYING. CHECK YOUR RECORDS AFTER DINING HERE

This is my favorite restaurant! the specials change weekly, but chef andrew will make you almost anything you want. Everything is always beyond amazing. They’re always busy for sit down and takeout, rightfully so.

Restaurant was freezing. Most people had coats over their shoulders, including me.
It took approximately 15 minutes for waiter to take drink order. I ordered soup. It never came. Waiter said that he forgot to put the order in. It took 30 minutes or more to finally get our food. My daughter's meal was bland. Mine wasn't hot and barely warm. My husband ordered angel hair pasta with his meal and didn't get it. We couldn't wait to leave and get into a warm car. We will not return again, unfortunately. We live in the area and are always looking for good Italian restaurants. Poor service, no atmosphere and cold, etc. Not a good restaurant. I don't understand why there are mostly 5 star reviews.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Benvenuto’s II tonight. From start to finish, everything was outstanding.

We started with the eggplant rollatini appetizer, which was delicious. I had the chicken francaise, and my husband ordered one of the specials—a pork chop topped with cherry peppers, artichokes, and melted mozzarella. Both dishes were incredible, bursting with flavor. We also shared the risotto of the day, which was a bacon and artichoke risotto, and it did not disappoint.

Even though we were full, we couldn’t resist splitting the tiramisu for dessert, and it was the perfect way to end the meal. My husband had a decaf cappuccino that was also excellent.

The service was top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu. He gave great recommendations and was confident in the quality of the food, which made us feel assured about our choices. I wish I had gotten his name because he truly enhanced our experience.

The restaurant itself was spotless, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The music was at the perfect volume and added to the overall ambiance.

Definitely will be returning , and most certainly recommend to anyone!

Our first time dining there, definitely not our last. The food was excellent. Our server, Sonny, was welcoming, friendly, and listened carefully to how we requested the meal preparation.

Always a wonderful experience. Food is fresh and delicious and the service outstanding. Jonathan is an attentive and welcoming server - always makes you feel that you've come back home - and the owner and rest of the staff friendly and helpful. Specials are always delicious and you can't go wrong with anything on the regular menu. Wine and drink selections are a plus. Thrilled to have such a wonderful establishment in the community!

Never disappoints! The stuffed clams were great, sauce was delicious, ask for extra bread! Spaghetti carbonara was amazing! Friendly staff, great selection of wines by the glass. Highly recommend- great for a family dinner or a fun date night!!
