Chipotle Mexican Grill

I eat at Chipotle locations all over the tri-state area. Several times a week, even. The staff at this location is kind and helpful with the exception of Rob, who I assume is the location manager.

When I arrived Rob was arguing with a staff member at the front register blocking customers from paying, regarding their time off. Strange, but it happens. The server then made a mistake on my order which I pointed out and asked for them to correct.

Rob’s response was that it is my job to watch the servers to ensure they don’t make mistakes on the order. He continued to argue with me back and forth about how it is my responsibility, when I had to finally ask him to stop talking to me and allow me to finish my order with the rest of the staff. He was extremely rude and confrontational. I’ve never experienced this at any Chipotle or restaurant for that matter.

Great location with good food. I usually get food delivered from this location and they never mess up. And the drive thru is very convenient.

This chipotle location has come a long way. Last time I was here was like a year and a half ago… I stopped coming because the people really sucked and the food was even worst. I just came in and wow! I saw brand new faces, heck the place felt better. There was 1 guy and a bunch of girls and they was not playing about food and the service. Great Job! I will now be coming back

Absolutely a fantastic place the people where so sweet just left the place I love the girl that made my burrito she was very nice everyone was nice love coming here will start coming here more Monday’s if the same crew is working absolutely love the girl that wrapped my burrito so sweet and kind I love her very much she so sweet I didn’t get here name but I hope she knows who she is she better know who she is best believe next time I’m back she will be getting that tip I was actually very sad I couldn’t tip her I really did but didn’t have cash I hope I see her again.

Has to be the slowest Chipotle in the state. I’ve been a few time and there only ever seems to be like 2 people work.

We’ve been to this location a few times. The food is ok- portion size on the protein is small, which is disappointing. The dining area is filthy. Always. Tables aren’t wiped down- supplies are low. Trash is overflowing.
Everyone seems to be working hard- do they not staff someone in the dining area?

I highly suggest to visit chipotle, nice place and the best food

I today ordered a barbacoa bowl from Chipotle, Main St Mohegan Lake and was extremely disappointed with what I received. I paid nearly $21, including tip, for a meal that was supposed to include avocado, lettuce, rice, white sauce, and more. However, what arrived was nothing more than rice and barbacoa, missing most of the ingredients. To make matters worse, the food looked completely unappetizing—like it had been carelessly thrown together or even leftover from someone else's order.
Mistakes happen, but this wasn't just an error—it was unacceptable service. I took the meal back to them to show the issue and left it with them, choosing not to ask for a replacement or refund. It was clear they hadn’t prioritized quality or accuracy in preparing the food, which is deeply disappointing.
I wouldn’t recommend dining here unless they drastically improve their attention to detail and ensure customers receive what they actually order.

I will admit that the service was good.. dis including the fact that they messed my whole order up, I placed an order online with chicken, cheese, tomato’s, and sour cream and I am dissatisfied by the fact that they only got the chicken and sour cream right, instead of tomato’s they gave me corn and instead of cheese they suffed it with lettuce, this made me very angry and made me loose appetite, now I am going hungry.

I barely had chicken in my taco, I got 3 tacos and only got about 4 in each tacos. Im disappointed and I am left staving and I am a regular customer

I’ll start with I’m a Chipotle fan, in general. I do like this location, and never had a bad experience. Sounds like others have but, for me, it hits all the needs for “fast food”. Chicken burritos and tacos are great - not a fan of the barbacoa (not just here, but anywhere). Quality and freshness are up there, as are the staff. It’s a little cold feeling, what with the steel-topped tables, and layout can result in echoing noise.

They’re are pretty cheap with portions. I ordered double meats and it barely look like the gave a full scoop of one meat. They need to give people what they pay for.
