Portion sizes are smaller than normal. I had ti ask for double meat to just get a normal size portion. The next server felt so bad he had to go back to put a little extra in. Go spend your money elsewhere Chipotle is not worth it.

I ordered online and let me say you guys actually need to start training your workers to do better with portion sizes. I got a regular bowl with chicken, rice, cheese, and guac and when I received it, there was barely any rice there. Like, it look like the workers just simply sprinkled that shit on the bowl and called it a day. This place is honestly a hit or miss with the portions, the first time I ordered online the bowl was actually well handled and evenly distributed and it was actually filling. But unfortunately, that wasnt the case for this one and just looking at it makes me mad. I highly recommend not to order online. What a waste of $24 dollars

Terrible Experience

I’ve enjoyed Chipotle for many years and even worked at the second Chipotle location ever opened in NYC. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The manager, Yani, had a very nasty attitude and hostile body language, making my family and me feel uncomfortable. She was also rude to her co-worker, Carmen, which was upsetting to witness.

On top of that, I noticed an employee on their phone while working, which I’ve attached a photo of. With prices going up, this kind of service is unacceptable. Despite being patient, Yani’s feisty attitude made me take my order to go instead of dining in. This was a far cry from the friendly and welcoming environment I’m used to, and it really soured the experience for us.

This chipotle is consistently filthy and I’ve long stopped ordering burritos because not a single employee knows how to roll one. Every meal I’ve had from this location has been a disappointment. Apparently they consider this squished taco to be a quesadilla.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to counter is always filthy service is slow and rude and they seem to never wrap the burrito correctly on my last visit they spilled the contents of the burrito onto the counter and tried to scoop it back in the shell I walked out it’s ridiculous

Bad Attitude from the man with the dreads. I hope he is not a manager or they will have a bigger issue. Customer service has a lot to be desired. Hopefully the new one that is being built by Lowe’s is better. I see why the ratings are not good for this location. When a customer is purchasing items I am not sure why it is a problem to ask for more goods to purchase. You would think they are not in the business of providing customers with food items to purchase. Until then I think people would be better suited to purchase from the other Mexican inspired places in Peekskill or Yorktown Heights. Purchase here at your own risk.

I make a strong recommendation that they move their queso far away from their meat. Because right now they keep them next to each other and on 2 separate occasions I have found meat in my queso. And that's unacceptable! I love their queso, it's very tasty. But it is an extreme health and safety situation that they are not more careful with keeping their food separate. They are very lazy and unprofessional that they have allowed their food to accidentally mix. That is a serious lawsuit waiting to happen. Praying nobody gets an allergic reaction.
