Place is a solid 4
Pros: Spicy Michelada, Birria Tacos, churros, caramel dessert, atmosphere, and selection.
Cons: Chicken based tacos were sub par (Kung Pao, Chicken Tinga were rubbery, as well as the quesadilla. Service was lacking. I got my nachos at one of the table and 30 seconds later my dinner came out. Consider hiring another person kid is carrying to go and food from the kitchen.
Please lose the to go stuff ie consumme from birria in a tiny half dollar size plastic serving cup. Drinks served in plastic cups outside of alcohol..
I would return, and there are things that can make this a solid 5

It may be surprising but the best food item for me at Craft Tacos is the wings! They offer Buffalo Kimchi, Sweet Thai Chili, and Korean BBQ. The sauce is flavorful and the meat is plump. Mix and match to try them all. Next recommendation would be tacos which have too many options to list here.
The beer and craft cocktail options are clearly listed around the restaurant and are the best options available around town. Whatever you like to drink you can find it here.
The service here is always on point and everyone goes extra to make sure you have positive experience. Management is supportive and present.
I highly recommend joining the mailing list to get all the updates and specials to plan out your next visit. They have live music, football special, and taco Tuesday discounts. Oh they are part of the Toast Rewards network so ever dollar spent is counted towards your next visit.
Parking: The location is surrounded by free parking.
Kid-friendliness: They recently introduced a kids menu and will customize picky requests from children. They ran out of the fruit punch pouches and Mike ran to Walmart to complete the order.
Wheelchair accessibility: The location is level to the sidewalk. Twin doors open to allow full acess to the restaurant.

Very good choices on the menu. The Al pastor and Bang Bang shrimp were excellent tacos. 3 of us ate very well for 50 dollars

The food was DELICIOUS and our server was very sweet and attentive. Try the dumplings, street corn, tacos of all sorts and make room for the warm churros with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. We'll be back... again, and again, and again....

I wish I could’ve tried the food here. Was not greeted at the door. Please wait to be seated the sign says. I waited & the waitress greeted all those that came before me & all those that came after me but didn’t bother to acknowledge me standing in line waiting to be seated. Another server came from the back to ask me what I needed & told me I could sit anywhere. Was never offered a menu or really ever acknowledged. I decided to spend my money elsewhere after about 10 mins of this BS.
Your response is not true. Be serious.

The place is really cozy,
I ordered 1 order of carne asada tacos, 1 carne asada dish, but apparently they didn't take enough time for the meat to be hot, it had a bad flavor, it really doesn't have the flavor you expect to enjoy...

Second time at this place. Excellent food. Fun atmosphere. Stellar service.
Vegetarian options: The falafel tacos and boom boom cauliflower tacos are among the best offerings here. You can also get a bowl or salad.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options are delicious.

$6 for this itsy bitsy ramekin of guacamole—maybe if it was the best guac in the world it would be okay, but honestly was the worst guac I’ve had in a long time. Completely flavorless and tasted old. Got a root beer and it was so watered down that it didn’t taste like root beer anymore. The rest of the food was good, but I won’t be back. This place is stealing from its customers.
Frankie was the WORST server. Didn't take menus, FORGOT water... We got our appetizer last and the side before the drinks even came. Tacos were great, and the Mexican street corn was amazing, but yikes.

Ordered carne asada, chicken tingo take out. Don’t bother 1 piece of meat on a soft taco. Street corn was also ordered but the portion is much smaller. I called the establishment but the manager was in a meeting on a Sunday night. Very frustrated so decided to post this review.
