I had went in and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I was charged for a little bacon cheeseburger. After paying, I realize that wasn’t the correct order. I brought it to staff attention, and the staff was extremely rude and was barely letting me speak and we’re argumentative. One staff staff even said to me Verbatim “there’s no such thing as a regular bacon cheeseburger. We only have one size patty option for all our order orders.” And I said well, “I’m looking at the menu above.. and it says otherwise.” And they proceeded to charge me for a hot dog and still made me pay the additional fee, which is fine. I don’t really care but at least know your menu and don’t give me attitude. will not be returning.

Foods the best fast food I've ever eaten, staff is really kind and helpful (took out mushrooms for my allergic gf no problems!) and the place gives a truly American diner experience. Very clean and well kept.

What can you say about five guys that hasn’t already been plastered on their walls? Simple burgers done right and a Coke freestyle machine. Hot dog!

Never again! We have been going to Five Guys since they opened. Tonight, we got a DoorDash order that was wrong. The receipt on the bag was right, the order was wrong. I have food allergies so this is important. DoorDash refunded us but we called the store. We thought it was important they know. Mistakes happen. But if I got the wrong order, either someone else got mine, or they totally botched my order. The woman on the phone who claimed to be the manager was unprofessional and nasty. We tried to explain the reason for the call. We told her we did not want a refund. We wanted to inform them. She was disinterested, said we could come in on our own for a new order or deal with DoorDash, then hung up on us. We called back, she hung up again, told us to call corporate, and refused to give her name. A customer lost due to inept customer service. Instead of thanking us for letting them know so they can reinforce the importance of food safety, allergies, etc., she was nasty and couldn't have cared less. No problem! We will contact corporate, and I strongly encourage you to get your food elsewhere. They obviously are disinterested in customer satisfaction or basic food handling protocol. As I said, mistakes happen. It's how they handled it that lost us.
