Ordered 2 toppings on the side. Cashier looked confused. I said both on the side. Burger came with them on it ??? Asked girl at pick up for them on side. She couldn’t understand me.

Absolutely horrible service... One person online ahead of me and the girl behind the counter is frantically sweating. Absolutely no one sitting down in the building because it is filthy. Ended up walking out before I even put my order in due to the employees insulting attitude at the front counter. Young lady with dark hair, glasses and purple highlights in her bangs threatens not to serve me as I appeared to be getting impatient after waiting on line for 20 minutes while there was nobody else in the store. No greeting when you enter the store. Took way too long to greet their customers let alone take an order. Right before I walked out, the girl described above asked me what I would like, and as soon as I began ordering told me I needed to wait a minute to which I responded by saying "OK I'm not sure why you asked for my order..." young lady again threatens not to take my order. At this point, I walked out as I believe anyone else would. Very, very disappointing experience. I will never go to five guys again. I will be sure to share this experience with the local community as well.

And yes, those fries are STILL awesome.The one who took my order was friendly.Everything is made fresh to order and you can see their process while you wait.Bacon cheeseburgers were just as good as the fries. Filling and delicious all around.Inside was clean - even the drinks area was clean, which is rare since the general public tends to mess it up in most other businesses. There was plenty of seating.Located in the Cortlandt Town Center shopping plaza, there's no shortage of parking - just use caution (and patience) while navigating the lot since there are a lot of bad drivers who come to the Center.This location has renewed my taste for Five Guys again, so I'm sure I will be back now.

It was my 1st visit here. The employees were extremely friendly. The store was clean and quiet. The food was delicious and the large fries could feed 3 people. LolDefinitely will return for a late dinner.

Would never return. Worst fries I've ever (attempted) to eat. After a long wait and buying the largest size, I should've returned them and complained. However, it wasn't worth the time and gas. Fool me once....I highly recommend going

Under established, Great food, great Service & very Clean, been there during day and during even. There is a good worker there who seems to be a malti- tasked I believe his name Is Luke. Bring friends, bring family. They are truly under rated. Best Five Guys in the area.
