The ice cream is delicious. The service is slow. Be prepared to practice patience as you watch the sole employee behind the counter move at a glacial pace, pondering how round the scoop is before gently lifting it from the cooler as if she’s playing pick up sticks or jenga. The person I assume is the manger peeks out and then scampers back into the rear of the store as the counter server is in the weeds in a nearly empty store. Call me crazy but if I invested in a franchise I’d train my people. Why would I go back? I can buy this in a store. You go out of convenience but instead leave with regret.

The service was great but pet peeve was when paying tip screen came on and before even pressing anything it charged $2 to the total. Charged me automatically. I was going to leave a cash tip but oh well. Please update your cash registers. There is too many other ice cream shops in the area.
