It’s was not given two large fries and had to return them after I got home. This is not the first time this has happened.

I went in to buy some coffee and a bag of ice, the cashier, a black lady with a pony tail was very rude to me and another customer. She should learn and train about manners. I wanted a caramel frappe and pronounced it as (frap) and before she asked what kind, she had to correct me in a loud voice, fraaaapè, like I was a stupid kid. Then another customer asked for a pack of sauce, she gave her one, she said, but there are 3 of us, she retorted, ""well, I didn't know that, did I?" She could've just asked her in the first place, how many she needed! I have been to that fastfood chain many times, this is the first time I encountered a rude cashier!

What a uglier service, the truth is, the cashier who served me reluctantly, angry, because she has people with that face who don't want to serve, they should have good service. I like to eat in this place but with that type of service I won't come again, they should have a manager looking out for that.

We both got the collectors meals through the kiosk and then were denied the cups because we got it through they kiosk and had to "pay the difference" when I actually looked at the receipt from another McDonalds and then the one here at Mohegan Lake up charged us $2. The lady was rude and not friendly when it comes to customer service. I don't ever want to come here again, I'd rather go to Yorktown or Mahopac because at least they were good and decent to their customers. What a bunch of thieves >:(

Terrible service and the drinks either they don't know how to make or they do it on purpose to give you a coffee that tastes more like sugar than coffee, an orange juice without orange flavor, but to charge for that if they don't fail.
I recently traveled from Mt. Vernon, n.y. to Buffalo, N.Y.. No other McDonald's can beat the one in Mohegan Lake for its filled of fish sandwich. I go there every Minday fir a filled of fish. They are always fresh and hot. I never wait any time so I can't imagine how they do it.I said au most be sending them a message that I am on my way. The taste is the best when it hasn't been laying around for a while.
