Gotta say, they really have stepped it up a notch from past years. Our service was outstanding. John took our order and was very patient when bombarded with question upon question about the BOGO coupon, what it applies to etc. He even did a little arithmetic to find out the best bang for our buck with that BOGO. Their chili is awesome I don’t like spicy stuff but with the bread it’s perfect and under $10. Manager there, older guy with black hair was awesome. Packed house he kept it all in order. Second time ever going to Panera and this was a million times better than the first at a diff location
The gentleman making my order initially prepared it for there when I requested it to go. Then he give me the wrong order. Then when he gave me my correct order he slammed the bag on the counter. Poor customer service. High prices. Not worth the hassle coming here .
