The light is very dim . The restaurant is clean . The bathrooms are clean. The service is a bit slow . I wish the people that worked there were more prompt.

Ordered takeout here. It was not kept in the warmer for whatever reason and was cold by the time I got it. I was also supposed to get a free pizza for later and they did not honor it. I reached out corporate who told me to contact the restaurant. The manager said sorry we can't do anything to help you.
It seems they are doing shady things to prevent having to honor the free pizza later promotion as a friend had the same exact issue. Don't trust them! Order as if the promo will not be honored.

My wife and I got food poisoning Thursday night from this location. They won't even refund us for the order. Stay away unless you like horrible stomach symptoms.
This place has really gone down hill. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in forever so I was craving it last night and decide to go with my family since passed experiences had been great, I been to this specific place 3 times and this might be my last. Is not close to me by no means so it was a little treat. So first things first, went in and place was dead, the two people working asked us if we wanted to dine in, which we did. Went in an immediately saw the place was run down, chairs were ripped and tables were dirty/sticky, some tables still had boxes/plates that weren’t picked up/cleaned. Server took his time to come to us, give us the menus. Eventually took our order, brought us bottle soda, so that was surprising, no more cups, then eventually brought paper plates, plastic forks and napkins…so I understand it’s been a while but I expected more. When our food was really it came in to go boxes, we had to move to a different table so it can accommodate our order. So I think I was already disappointed and was like well at least we have our pizza, let’s now enjoy it. I used to love their pan pizza, well it wasn’t the best, it felt undercooked and just tasted mid. We also had cheesy breadsticks which were good but the marinara sauce was gross. We had two large pizzas, two breadsticks even tho I ordered one, a pasta dish that barely had any pasta in, Alfredo sauce was not good and the quantity was ridiculous for the price they charge. We ended up paying $87 or so and honestly it was not worth it. I’m sorry Pizza Hut I really used to love you but I guess this was the last time coming in.

they forgot to put my god damn chocolate chip cookie cake in the oven and the waiter wasn’t doing anything to help out to restaurant and it was empty. don’t go here!

Horrible experience. Place is trash. Told me they deliver but then called me back saying they can’t deliver after I paid for delivery. Called the store back and I kept getting transferred to multiple people, playing phone tag. Last person I spoke to before I ended up going to the store, told me they’re gonna refund me my money and I have to call customer service. Then he lied and said Pizza Hut is closed. Horrible, won’t ever go back to Pizza Hut again.

The Salty Captain
This is the second time they have forgotten to include the soda to my delivery order from their app. They used doordash to deliver the order. When the dasher arrived, I asked about the missing soda. The dasher showed me the door dash receipt entered by the store which did not include the soda. I called the store and they offered a credit. I asked if they could just deliver it since this is the second time and I never got the credit they offered the first time. He said they can't deliver it. I went to the store to retrieve my 2 Liter I paid for. I also asked if i could get the 4 pack of 20oz they still owed me and they said no. The Pizza Hut representative then told me an OUTRIGHT LIE and accused the doordasher of stealing the soda two times in a row. I have driven for doordash myself, and I know that the drivers can be kicked off of the platform for falsely reported stolen items. This representative at your store lied and possibly jeopardized someone else's job because he was to incompetent to remember to add soda to an order. Let's also not forget that on their app which I ordered from, there is a $5.99 delivery fee and I added a $5.00 tip for the driver for a delivery in which I had to end up getting dressed, loading my kids into their car seats and going to the store myself, only to be lied to and still not made whole on what the store owes me. If I were to show up, stick my hands in the register and take only exactly what they owe me, I'm sure they'd have a problem with it and report theft to the police. So how is it ok for them to steal from their customers?
**Update** they did right by me in offering $40 in free food. Only thing was it wasn’t added to my Pizza Hut account, so there was no way to have it delivered. Went to the store and provided my phone number. They were quick, friendly and the order was correct. And as always the food was delicious. I’m fully satisfied with the way this was handled. Who doesn’t love Pizza Hut???
