I went to this location tonight to inquire about the menu and to grab a Togo menu for my Family. I stood at the register for a few mins before someone came to greet me. I walked in and made eye contact with both employees and one of them took their time to greet me and ask me if he could help me. It was a young boy, that looked like he was over the job, he didnt show any compassion or make me feel welcomed. This was a bad first Impression of the establishment. I literally looked at the menu and he just watched me and never not once asked to see what I was looking to order off the menu. I had to scan the menu to find the smoothies which he never made any attempt to suggest for me to try. I was pretty excited to check this place out, but ended up walking away with a bad taste in my mouth and not purchasing anything. Please work on the costumer service here if you want to maintain a consistent costumer base.

They are inconsistent with their sizes and cut of their wraps. Although my custom smoothie is always the same and delicious. They just need to be more consistent with their food products and portions.

This is probably one of the best Acai Bowel I’ve had but it is entirely too small especially for the price. Tasty but small which is why I gave it a 3. If it was a reasonable size I would have given it a 5.

The Mohegan Lake NY Tropical Smoothie Cafe is excellent. Every one of the people that work there are courteous, friendly, helpful and genuine. They go out of their way to be personable to. Each customer. You don't find that often in this day and age. Keep up the excellent attitude! And the food and smoothies are excellent.

I came in this morning to order a smoothie and was told he is working on a big order and he is by himself. I asked how long will it take 15 mins. I couldn't wait. Never in my life when going into a establishment was ever told this. You dropped the pick up order and take care of the customer that is in front of you. I will not be back and I will let others know that the customer service here is is a 1.

Worst peanut butter banana and chocolate smoothie of my life. Ordered online and went in store to pick up. Was ready on time so that’s the 2 stars. Employee didn’t even great me or smile when entering the store. And the smoothie itself was gross tasted like dark chocolate only. Didn’t taste the banana or peanut butter. Worst $9 spent.

I wasn't expecting this place to be as nice as it was. Really good food and smoothies. My husband loved the caesar wrap. The Thai wrap was good too! The restaurant is decorated nicely and really does feel like a little reprieve. If I worked in that shopping center, this would be a regular lunch spot for me

It's not my first time coming here. Their treatment and food are great, but there is something that makes me not recommend it to others. I came today with my friends and we ordered chicken sandwiches. I asked the employee with the suit, I think he was the supervisor, if they had bacon because we don't eat it. He assured us that they did not have sandwiches containing bacon and went himself to make our order. Then he gave us the order and returned inside. After we opened the orders, one of my friends told us that there was bacon in his sandwich. After confirming it, we discovered that he had put bacon in all of our meals, but it was a good thing that we did not eat. Then we returned the order and received the right order, and ate in the restaurant, but that employee with the suit did not appear after that, as if he had intentionally done so. I was angry at what he did, but the polite behavior of another employee was the reason I gave them two stars after what happened. For those who do not eat bacon, I do not advise you to trust this place.

This new location opened up near us recently and it’s amazing! This time we got the “Island Green” smoothie with avocado, collagen and a few other substitutes, and it was tasty! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a healthy and chilled boost on a hot summer day!
