1st time ordering, took an hour- got home and fries were missing. Wings had no flavor, chicken sandwich was cold ,flavorless and seemed like it was sitting there for hours. Top it off the voodoo fries were soggy and drenched with cheese and guess what COLD. I called store about missing fries and was told nothing they can do. OK THAN

This place is HORRIBLE at night. When I arrived to pick up DoorDash orders there were AT LEAST 15 people in there who had been, at that point, been waiting for over 30-40 minutes. I sat and waited over an hour and a half and my orders ended up being canceled and I didn’t get paid for my time. They’re severely understaffed, there’s no reason only 3 people are working the night shift and they’re moving so very slow taking their sweet time.. and on top of that, one of them decided to clock out and leave in the middle of all this. The people there have no rhyme or reason to how they operate and don’t interact with customers well. The front door is also broken so anytime someone walked in it was freezing. This place honestly needs to be closed for a while or start hiring more people.
Oh and I was there for over an hour and a half and didn’t see ONE staff member wash their hands or wear gloves! 🤮🤮

This place is ridiculous. It took 45+ minutes to get my order of 6 piece wings and regular fries. Actually ridiculous, and it's not like their attitude compensates for it, if you ask when your food is ready they act like you're an inconvenience. Do not come here unless you want to wait an hour lol.
