Great food and very efficiently run. I was in a big rush, needed to grab food and go and I was pleasantly surprised how fast the turn around was. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all the food was great with a large diverse menu

Place used to be good. Was there today. Ordered at the kiosk. Place is empty. My wife's sandwich was ready immediately, my Simone salad took forever. Also my wife was supposed to get pickles on the side which was missed, I was supposed to get salt and pepper which did not come. Terrible and unacceptable service

I used to love this place but it’s really downgraded over the past couple years. They completely messed up my order and when I came back to get it fixed the made me wait 20 minutes while they continued taking other peoples orders. (I had initially waited over an hour when I first placed the order).Besides the rude staff, the quality of the food has really declined. Bagels aren’t fluffy, hashbrowns are dry. Sad to see it. 4 years ago: I'm very serious when it comes to a good bagel and the bagels here are the best bagels in the area.

Tried this place again (after 7 years) and sorry to report no improvement. Ordered a Vegetable Omelet which I can best describe as a greasy, oily mess of peppers and onions over (not in) and overcooked plain Omelet over home fries.
