The food is okay -- if and when you get it. But the customer service is something else. Orders get mixed up or forgotten, the wait is unpredictable, the attitude all around is unpleasant and impolite, and what should have been a lovely birthday party ended up a huge disappointment!
We preordered our birthday party, but waited extremely long for our food, close to 45 minutes. They forgot part of the order, and so we could not eat all together. Then, they chased us out as our food arrived because they wanted to close. We had a deeply disappointing experience.
