The restaurant was slammed with the evening rush of takeout orders. I ordered online, drove 15 minutes to pickup, and still waited 30 minutes for my order. My order was also missing an item, but I didn't want to drive back and have to deal with the wait.
Don’t even bother. I ordered lunch in the drive through. I had to go inside and get everything removed. Fries and 3 different kinds of sandwiches were ice cold. Manager said they would take care of it and then continued to take the orders of the 2 people behind me. Then, anger waiting 3 or so minutes later they put my order back in! Horrible. No one gives a crap here. You can see in the faces that me asking for HOT food was obviously a big deal! How dare I!

Worst experience since New ownership, all new staff. They were obnoxious, wearing dirty uniforms, food took extra long to get and our chicken was still frozen. People in the back who didn't work there. Meal went into the garbage.
This review is based on my experience on October 28 between 6:55 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. I am a regular customer at this location and have never written a review before because the service is usually acceptable. However, what happened last night was unacceptable and needs attention from management.
There were several cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to reach the order speaker. Once I arrived, I was told to hold because they were short staffed. After a few more minutes, I was informed that the manager had decided to close early at 7:30 p.m. due to staffing issues. The time was 7:27 p.m. I explained that I had already been waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes and asked if they could complete my order since I had been there well before the closing time. I was then asked if I had a mobile order, which I did not. They responded by saying they could not serve me because they were closing early.
If the decision was made to close ahead of schedule, staff should have placed a cone or a sign at the drive thru entrance to stop additional cars from entering. Customers who had already spent time and gas in line should have been served. It is not reasonable to leave paying customers sitting in line for 30 minutes only to be told at the window that they would not be served.
I understand that staffing issues may occur, but shutting down early without proper communication to customers shows poor management and a lack of respect for the customer’s time. There should be better planning, better leadership, and clear communication to prevent this from happening again.
I hope corporate will review this location’s practices and ensure that customers are not treated this way in the future.

They were so understaffed when we went it was terrible, waited forever for our food, some of it was never given to us, some things were wrong, people were arguing with whatever staff there was, some folks were walking out.

Old GM was amazing and when Carrol’s ran this particular store it was fantastic. It is now a privately owned franchise and in my opinion it has lost its spirit and charm.

Recently became a franchise as I was told and has gone downhill since. So incredibly unorganized, the place no longer has any life or personality, and the place is constantly closing early. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and if I could rate it a zero I would. It takes forever to get your food, and the it is cold anyways. Needs to be shut down.

I was at this Burger King a couple days ago with me, my fiancé and my autistic son Three girls I believe one of their names was Cameron the other one said her name was Lauren. The other one said her name is Gabi. We’re all making fun of my autistic son and the fact that he couldn’t speak and it was making me very upset because as a mother to an autistic son, I expect employees, especially one of them look like they had a disability themselves to have respect and not make fun of a customer and they’re disabled child. I will not be coming back to the Burger King ever again and I really hope these girls get fired because these girls need to know that it’s not OK to make fun of somebody else’s kid who’s also disabled like one of the girls were.

We ordered the 3 for $7 trio. The original chicken sandwiches were some of the freshest and hottest we've had at a BurgerKing before. The last that was at the window seemed very friendly and was extremely polite. For a fast food place, it was good, quick, inexpensive and convenient. The only downside is they're parking lot seems a little out dated and bumpy. Inside the restaurant however is newer and nice.

I walked into an empty restaurant. There was no one working the counter, no one at the drive-thru. There was one person working in the food preparation area and that person ignored me. I waited about 7 or 8 minutes and then left.
