I went here tonight on one of the hottest evenings weâve had , I really didnât want to cook on a night like this - so Burger King saved the day - we went to the drive thru- our adult son who has autism was so excited to get his food and he loved his strawberry slushy so much I let the lady know itâs one of his favorites, she smiled kindly :) We try to limit take out to nights like this . I needed to order my hubby something so I parked and went in and it was nice, cool, very clean looking as usual but all the staff was happy and working in a fun way with each other , the lady who took my order was so sweet and as I was standing there waiting for my order to be done I couldnât help regard how nice the staff were being to each other & how lucky we are to have this BK so close to us.Everyone working were kind to the customers too :) the food always is as good as it can be, well packaged & a very good value !!

It was more than obvious the staff this evening didnt want to work or even be there. I received disgustingly cold food. Every single thing. The cheese was literally cold and hard on my very cold burger. The two other things I ordered were cold and one even tasted old. Such a shame and complete waste of money. Very disappointed because I've truly always had good experiences aside from this..

Usually a good after work spot, tonight i was told they were closing the dinning room as soon as we were done ordering when signage says it's open till 11pm, it was 10pm. In addition, the guy charged me 30¢ for cheese on my whopper when i forgot to add it and the fries are ice cold. really unfortunate service.

1 pack of sauce for 3 â8 piece chicken friesâafter asking MULTIPLE times to make sure they provided the correct amount. Charged 2.29$ for a cup of tap water. No napkins for a 22$ order. Lmao I canât wait until fast food workers are replaced by AI. Terribly run, go to the Mcdonaldâs or Taco Bell down the road, there you will at the very least get the service you deserve for the money you spend. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Ordered a Crispy Royal Chicken sandwich..chicken is as thin as 2 coins, and small!! to make the matters worse, it was cold! I sat there waiting for it for 5mins while they made it, how is it COLD??!!!!

Was the BK product always awful? I remember the chain having better food but I feel that's just my memory tricking me. Maybe I've moved on from fast food. Does the nostalgia provide more flavor than the actual food?
So much to consider as I sit here another 15 minutes while the 1 under-paid employee expedites the order of the singular car in front of me without having even taken my order yet.
These guys are not interested in succeeding, they're running out the clock. This chain didn't even have the BK sign lit up. Oh well, bye BK!
