Ordered a Crispy Royal Chicken sandwich..chicken is as thin as 2 coins, and small!! to make the matters worse, it was cold! I sat there waiting for it for 5mins while they made it, how is it COLD??!!!!

Was the BK product always awful? I remember the chain having better food but I feel that's just my memory tricking me. Maybe I've moved on from fast food. Does the nostalgia provide more flavor than the actual food?
So much to consider as I sit here another 15 minutes while the 1 under-paid employee expedites the order of the singular car in front of me without having even taken my order yet.
These guys are not interested in succeeding, they're running out the clock. This chain didn't even have the BK sign lit up. Oh well, bye BK!

As usual, Montgomery Burger King completely screwed up our order! We ordered:
2 Whoppers with cheese 2 classic Sliders with bacon meals With onion rings 1 unsweetened Iced tea 1 coke 1 mozzarella sticks 1 mozzarella fries
Not a hard order, really, right? The whoppers had the bacon, the onion rings, mozzarella sticks and fries were all cold. And, the Iced tea, which was ordered with extra ice, had none. This is consistent with this BK!
Burger King is Burger King, you always know what you're getting. It's still better than McDonalds. This store had awesome service. The workers were very friendly and professional.

The place was clean but the service, omg. The manger (blonde) was so nasty. A dark haired girl first asked us to wait because they were behind. Then another girl with brown curly hair came up to us and the manger completely bit her head off "No they can wait, do you see how far behind we are?" Right in front of us. Then the same girl with straight brown hair was just standing around, looked so confused and when I just started watching, she kept asking how to help and the manager just kept biting her head off and was nasty. If I was any of the employees I would walk out and not return. Idk who owns this place but the management needs to be retrained. Everyone else working was so uneasy and you could see them all throw their hands up when the manger was yelling at them. I am the most patient person, but a manager should not be yelling and screaming at their staff in front of customers.

If you want Burgers in the morning don't bother the morning crew only knows really breakfast and is really loud to each other for 8:30 in the morning
