They don't honor "Burger King website" prices. Be aware!!! Wanted a "code" for the listed "Buy one, and get one free" original chicken sandwiches offer. Why offer it when you don't honor it. (I'm not signing onto their website, adding my personal information for a code. Not mentioned anyplace online, that I needed to be in the BK Cult / statistics counter.) The total price was $10.98 here. I'll skip and go to the grocery store or go across their competitors McDonalds. It's not worth for that price.

This place never has the same people here 2 female managers seem to stay , Everyone seems to thing a job is a joke and a place to horse play, 1 guy gave a hard time when he was told he was doing Drive up this would be the same guy that has his Hat on sideways it don't matter that he puts it on right while at the counter... Hello we can see you when you aren't at the counter. The Blonde Manager just lets them do this and don't say anything it's a game to all of them ever the Blonde Manager she can't manage and has no control of the employees... It's really sad if they can't even be a good employee at BK what will happen in the real world I see it all the time I come here , employees out of control Blondie on the phone and everyone else doing what they want and getting orders wrong. I ordered a wopper I got 2 chicken sandwich asked for Onion rings and got Fries when I brought it back with the recipe they said I was wrong and that's what I ordered Customer services sucks here

The gentlemen working tonight got conned by two door dash drivers who stole my food, never delivered and still remade my food as they were closing. The gentlemen working tonight was one of the most helpful, sincere people I have ever dealt with.
A very hangry Westfield State Women's soccer team stopped here 3 hours into our 6 hour bus ride from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania. Considering about 25-30 people came in at once, the workers handled it very positively and efficiently. I have never seen such speed from a fast-food establishment, especially for a group of this size. The team came back into the bus in good spirits and with full stomachs.

I stopped at Burger King today to get lunch and use their bathroom. I couldn't believe how clean it was!!! And! There was NO sharp's container like there is on 211 in Middletown. The girl who took my order was very nice and the manager who was on today was on top of the employees and right there working alongside them. I highly suggest this Burger King!

Went through drive through at Maybrook BK on Sunday evening. Took quite a long time to get food out. All 4 burgers were cold . Chicken nuggets cold and stale. Got 3 mozzarella sticks instead of another 8 piece nuggets we ordered. They were old and cheese was not white on inside of breading. Totally gross and waste of money. Will not go back to this location. Hit McDonalds instead.
