Purchased tickets to a music event a couple of months ago. Due to the popularity of the band, customers had to choose specific seats at the time of ticket purchase. My husband is a musician himself, so we opted to sit as close to the band as possible. We purchased good tickets side by side at a table that seats four people.Upon arrival, a young male usher brought us to our seats. There were already two people seated at our table and one of them was in one of the seats we had purchased, as they were sitting across from each other, not side by side, as we had chosen to do. My husband told the usher, but he asserted that he was seating us at the correct seats we had purchased.Rather than make a stink and make the other couple uncomfortable, we sat at the open seats, across from one another; my husband and I sitting right next to the strangers.Later that week, my husband contacted Jennifer Austin by email, informing her that some of the City Winery staff apparently have no knowledge of how the A,B,C,D seats are arranged at the table for four and would prefer to argue with the customers rather than ask a manager for assistance.After a few days, Ms. Austin responded by email, apologized and sent a nominal credit via e-certificate to our email address. However, when we recently went to utilize the credit for another show, we could no longer find the email or the e-code to use for the discount. My husband again contacted Ms. Austin to ask if another could be sent to replace the other one, but she never responded.Overall BAD EXPERIENCE as THEY DO NOT HONOR THE SEATS YOU PAY FOR, nor do they make good on issued credit vouchers. We will no longer be purchasing event tickets to this venue.

Easter brunch.. while the family enjoyed being together I thought the food was barely mediocre.. food that was supposed to be served at least warm was barely so… cold scrambled eggs/potatoes/pasta/chicken. ...lamb was too tough to even cut.. .desserts were good .. very disappointed

This was my first time at this indoor event menu and I was totally taken by surprise. The sound was terrific; at any seat you are close to the stage even as the large as the room is with tables that seat about 600 people (a bit close together). The food is very good as well. Raul Malo was unbelievably awesome!!!

We were in town randomly on a little upstate trip and stopped here for some wine and apps. We were were so comfortable and chill we stayed for dinner. Beautiful scenery, cozy seating and EXCELLENT waitstaff!!! Check out the wine and merch!!

Place and location looked awesome! We were going to reserve for tasting only but decided to walk in, what was surprising is that the lady at the check in told us that no kids were allowed in the tasting area, she even said in any bars at all, just wanted to ask if that’s a policy? If it is it should be listed on your website since we took a long drive to visit. To not being able to enjoy the wine was highly disappointing. I wish they could have tried better to accommodate the experience to us. Thanks, we’ll visit another time

Went to City Winery Hudson Valley on a Sunday evening. After being to several of the City Winery establishments, the Hudson Valley version is by far my favorite. The decor was fitting of the environment, and it was nicely set up. The service was outstanding, as a matter of fact, there was a wine that they only sold by the bottle that I wanted a glass of. Well, after being informed that it was only a bottle offering at first, our waitress came over with the wine. So that was awesome. We got the chicken Flatbread pizza, which was delicious, and the risotto balls, which also were delicious. I'm definitely going to go back to check out some of the events as this place has earned a return visit from your Gingie friend. So, at the end of the day, the Hudson Valley version of City Winery is, even though a winery, absolutely worth the whiskey?

Just wanted to give a shout out to Kim the GM. Attended an event this evening with a group of 11. I called the other day to make sure we were set. There was some kind of issue and Kim personally called me back and took care of everything. I was so glad to meet her tonight and she was super professional and made sure there were no issues. It was pleasure meeting you Kim and we look forward to attending more events at City Winery!Thank you, Lorraine

What a beautiful location for a concert. Saw the Stickmen and the band was incredible. The food and service was top notch. The seating is a bit odd but fine. If they incorporated tables for two would be my only addition and seating a bit tight for such a large beautiful room. I will return again and again

Such a beautiful venue. Just saw a show with Constantine Maroulis. Beside the fact that the show was amazing, the sound system was great. The venue space was beautiful! My friend and I, enjoyed a delicious burger, truffle fries and the pecan pear salad was incredible. I definitely want to go back for another show or just to hang out!

This place is a hidden gem!!! There is charm in every corner. The staff makes you feel welcomed, and they are very polite and attentive. Have I mentioned the food?! I was skeptic since this is a winery, but they hands down have the best gourmet burger in the Hudson Valley. Even if you order anything else, you must definitely get their fries - they are amazing!
