Doesn’t have Dunkn Midnight coffee, ran out of croissants, bagel was like a rock, servers were jamming to their overly loud rap music .

This place sucks. I walked in and had to wait 15-20 minutes just for someone to take my order. I guess they only prioritize someone if they do drive through. At least the coffee was good lol. Also not to mention I had to go back in because they didn’t add cold foam.

I have been getting my coffee for 2 months now here because it is the closest one and I have come to the conclusion that driving the extra mile to another dunkin is better than dealing with getting the wrong coffee everyday. At least 5 days a week coffee is ordered from here and I have a higher percentage chance of them getting my coffee wrong than I do right. Mind you every order is done on the app so I don't understand how they can mess something up so many times it somehow becomes a habit. Lastly the only thing I will say is the man who works the drive-thru has the patience of a saint dealing with the staff he deals with because he will also correct them if he catches the order is jacked up when he hands it to me. He is the only reason why I continued to give them a chance because he is very friendly no matter what so I applaude him. The rest of the staff, they would be better off teaching children because they can follow instructions better than whoever is making the coffee.

The morning line moves along and the guy that works at the window during weekedays, not sure if he is the manager or not but wow, everything just moves efficiently. Always pleasant and nice as well.

The guy at the drive through rushes every order through so he's usually wrong on something... He puts "dark" when I ask for "twice toasted" so it's always burnt. He's rushing what he's handing out so half of the time I get someone else's order or only part of my order. Today I gave him the exact coins with a $20 and he gave me change as if I had only given him a $20. Not a huge deal, but it adds up.

I was a regular customer at DD. But after my last experience, I deleted the app and will never return. That idiot who takes the order forgets he works for dunkin and not himself. My order has been the same for years. My only ask is, pop it in the oven and warm it. All of a sudden they can't do that and said it very rudely and ends with "bye".. He is very lucky i was not alone and my passenger would not let go into the store. People can make or break a business.
