These people are the absolute worst in the area!!! They are constantly messing up orders you ask for something extra, you pay for the extra, but you don’t get extra. THE COFFEE IS WATERY!!! No flavor no taste! All I taste is water! The quality is no longer there since they did the new revamp! Everything here is horrible except for the way the place looks, as far as the food goes If I could give zero stars, I would! They skimp on any kind of cheese, cream cheese, chipotle, Regular cheese, anything that requires sauce or cheese do not get from here because you won’t get hardly any!!! DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE COLD FOAM!! I pay for coffee with cold foam, and by the time I get to the window, the cold foam has disappeared!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Brutal to say the least. Guy at the drive-through was so monotone. You couldn’t even hear him. The screen didn’t show our order so I asked him to confirm it, just said the drinks and maple bacon bag, but then proceeded to add cold foam to the nitro cold brew which something was off with that and it just taste like water not even sure if there’s coffee in it. The iced caramel latte had two pumps instead of one and was too sweet. Instead of the maple bacon bag, we got a sandwich that we didn’t want and paid for. Boo

Terrible slow drive through. I go to this dunking primarily and have finally decided I won’t anymore. They pump all this money into redoing the dunkin, 2 drive thrus and everything and it’s slower than the dmv. But it gets worse, walking in is also slow. Can’t treat my self anymore. Bye dunkin
I've been going to this Montgomery Dunkin for a while and for the past few years is be more miss then hit so iv stopped going. The Dunkin I usually go to lately closed so iv had to go here for coffee. Be bad the past few time but today was the last straw. I ordered sausage egg and cheese on a everything bagel with a iced coffee. My bagel had only egg and cheese. Also my coffee had a hole punch in the side and covered by the order ticket. The moment i went to drink at work, the tag fell off and there was a big hole there.I would hope this wasn't done intentionally but the woman that took my order was so rude I wouldn't put it past her. I will be going out of my way to go to any other Dunkin from now on. Eat ar this place at your own risk. They're Iced Teas are always sour and they always tend to get your coffee order wrong.

Went here for a medium Cappuccino, there was a long line at the Drive thru, when I received the cappuccino I noticed it was feeling kinda light but I ignored it, when I arrived at work it was a half cup of cappuccino, I am so disappointed about this, I never experienced this service from this location before

Every day I go to Dunkin’ Donuts, I love this place nice people and very fast. I was short a few dollars for my order and they still allowed me to have my order. Three people would totally recommend them before hitting the road.
