I ordered a chocolate shake, and a chicken sandwich. They over filled and spilled down the outside of the cup. When asked for a different cup, all they did was wipe off the cup. Shake was watery, the chicken sandwich looked like it was cooked and then reheated. I believe a child may be preparing their food and drinks. That’s the only way it could be that bad. Service sucked, since they have the keyosk no-one seems to care about customer satisfaction. I’ll go hungry before I ever go to this McDonalds. So I bought food and a drink and couldn’t eat the food, and the drink absolutely sucked. Unless you will starve to death, Don’t go here.

We come here a lot mostly for the play place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant area is very clean and as many times as I have been in the past year, someone is always moping the floor in the dinning areas. I would recommend this McDonalds to anyone with small kids!

¢75 extra for a little bit of tarta sauce!?!? Are you kidding me. 15 minutes in the drive through! And there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Other locations are also very slow. Two locations that I have recently visited could not count change. They gave me too much money back even after I told them twice that they were cheating themselves. I'm back to Burger King!

Today I asked. One order I went for the car they gave me two extra orders and I let them know that they gave me more orders of potatoes that I only ordered one and that they did not give me the ranch that I asked for. 2 of the workers at this place told me that at the drive they only speak English apart from one of them being a manager. And the other one is just a worker, as I told her, I didn't ask for the other orders. He returned the money they charged me. Of the other orders I didn't ask for but this lady threw me. The money is almost expensive. And so he is a manager and on top of that they didn't give me the ranch. That's why I went to ask for it. And I was with my two children, one of them is autistic. How sad and ashamed these people in this place are. The treatment is terrible

In the New Year’s Day the store manger ( she said she is store manger, but don’t want to give the name ) When she send the food to my table slam the plate into table and walked away without one word !!! I Prepared a tip on the table ,McDonald She totally not deserve the position also the tip too , Table was oily too . Worse experience .
