They thanked me for using the mobile app, then had me sit in a space for 15 mins waiting for the food(they obviously forgot about me because it wasn't a big order). Clearly all they care about is their drive thru times, not the customer.

Snack wrap chicken tasted like shoe leather and the wrap was stale. The fries were under cooked and soft and pale. The Oreo McFlurry was runny and and had more Oreos than ice cream. Overall a bad experience and they don’t pick up the phone Not happy 😡

I ordered a chocolate shake, and a chicken sandwich. They over filled and spilled down the outside of the cup. When asked for a different cup, all they did was wipe off the cup. Shake was watery, the chicken sandwich looked like it was cooked and then reheated. I believe a child may be preparing their food and drinks. That’s the only way it could be that bad. Service sucked, since they have the keyosk no-one seems to care about customer satisfaction. I’ll go hungry before I ever go to this McDonalds. So I bought food and a drink and couldn’t eat the food, and the drink absolutely sucked. Unless you will starve to death, Don’t go here.

We come here a lot mostly for the play place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant area is very clean and as many times as I have been in the past year, someone is always moping the floor in the dinning areas. I would recommend this McDonalds to anyone with small kids!
