My husband and I visited Hop Notch for the first time and were very pleased with the mimosa seltzer and ale they brewed. Jeff was a great guy to talk with and so willing to share his knowledge on business and brewing.

Today was my first visit to Hop Notch and I promise it was not my last. Very friendly place. Great selection of beers. Chicken wing pizza was amazing (I love a thin crust). All the customers interacted with other customers. The fact that they are dog friendly is a bonus, as well. Hope to go back SOON!!!

Visiting local breweries and this one states they open at 11am. Its 11:20 and its locked up tight. Nothing irritates me more than not posting correct hours.
Our party stopped at Hop Notch on a tour of the area. We were immediately impressed by the laid-back feel of the brewery and the excellent service. We tried flights of beer, including Hop Notch's own pumpkin beer. The pizzas were freshly made and a perfect accompaniment to the beers. Really cool vibe and a great place to hang with friends.

Good selection of local beers, great atmosphere. The brew dog is so friendly you'd think he was on the payroll. Darts, billiards, and an assortment of outside games.

Great selection of beer and cocktails. 10/10 dog, Brewski is the man. This is an excellent location with plenty of activities: darts, pool, etc. They make a decent pizza and it’s super laid back. Great place to chill and have a couple good local beers.

I was SUPER excited to visit Hop Notch and arrived at 10:45 on a Friday morning because their website, Google, and the sign displayed in their window indicated that they opened at 11:00. We waited patiently in the parking lot expecting staff to arrive but alas 11:00 came and went but the lights remained off and the doors remained locked.
