Went to the trattoria next door. Experience from beginning to end left me dreaming about the next time I’ll be back. Focaccia on the table, huge old school meatballs, chicken scarpielli done right and spicy, chicken vodka burrata was outstanding. Kudos! Go now, this place is going to be tough to get in to once the word gets out!
You don’t see pizza or rather you don’t hold pizza like this very often, light airy crust that defies the size of the slice. Why is it so light? Because of the wizardry of the dough that this place makes, it’s got air all inside it that makes the crust cracker like and with real flavor of its own, it’s not just a vessel to hold the toppings, it’s part of the magic.
