So fortunate I was referred to Coles by a friend to help cater my wedding in Beacon, NY! I can’t sing enough praise for this business, the owners, their staff and their incredible food! Working with Tricia to plan my wedding menu was completely stress free. She was able to help me choose a menu that not only fit my budget and guests allergy needs but made sure I wasn’t over ordering! I found that the staff was incredibly professional, responsive and efficient. Their presentation was immaculate but most importantly their food is DELICIOUS. I highly recommended to anyone looking to cater any event in the future, you cannot go wrong with Cole’s Market!

Just had Cole’s catering yesterday. Gretchen and Heather were amazing! The food all was great and my guests really enjoyed everything (we’re a picky group). Best of all I was able to enjoy my son’s birthday because they took care of everything! I wish I had taken pictures of the set up, it was really so nice. We’ll be using them again for sure!

I've been going to Cole's Market for years now, mostly for their excellent sandwiches, but also for their top-notch meats, seafood, and produce.I had to write a special review today, though, for the absolutely fantastic prime rib (first ribs) I got there for Christmas this year! They were easily the best prime ribs I've had in probably 20 years - tender, juicy, and delicious. The entire family raved about them!Thank you so much; you've outdone yourselves!

I would never ask for house turkey wedge again. Because they give me Boar's Head preservative turkey. That's what I give them a one because they did not tell me.. They don't tell you that is Boar's Head, a waste of $13. I do not eat p reservative meet think that it is house turkey
