Have lived in many different Southern states and spent most of my life worshiping bbq. Was delighted with 10-10’s ribs that have a hint of apple and rosemary. Reminds me of Memphis rendevous ribs Greek rub or meatheads dry rub. Solid Boston butt/shoulder and the brisket was tender and juicy without stringy fat membrane within; they are using very high quality meat and not cutting corners. Brilliant use of the abundant region apples makes this place my favorite so far. They also make all without caking in bbq sauce.

My husband and I were in the finger lakes region for the annual Rte 90 sale. We were just about to call it a day and were hungry and looking for some good food before heading back to Homer. We googled food near us and found 10-10 BBQ about 3 miles from where we were. We are so glad we found this place - we enjoyed talking with the owner who was very outgoing and welcoming. He offered us a great selection of beer, wine and cider. The food was outstanding - ribs for me and brisket for my husband plus some great sides like cheesy potatoes and potato salad. We will make this a regular stop on our annual 50 mile garage sale trip.

Three times in a month I got home and had to cook the salt potatoes they are never cooked right not in 2025 someone needs the boot can't cook potatoes ???CMON

I stopped in to 10-10 on Sunday, July 20th at about 1:30PM. I ordered 1.5 lbs of brisket, a 1/2 lb of chicken and a large containter of their coleslaw. The coleslaw was great but the brisket and chicken were unedible. We live in Auburn so it was only a brief 20 minute ride from Moravia.
The brisket and chicken were both bone dry and the brisket was tough as shoe leather. You can see from the photo that the brisket was unedible.
I do not care if we came a little after the lunch peak, when I pay $59 for the items mentioned above, I expect it to be great. There is no tolerance for mediocrity when you are charging customers money for a product.
Needless to say, I would never return to 10-10 again. Not sure why anyone would want to gamble on whether or not they are going to get fresh cooked brisket when their is a chance your purchase will be like mine.

I wish I could rate this place higher, the people working there were really nice and the inside is loaded with fireman memorabilia. The food on the other hand is some of the worst I've ever had. The brisket was tough and flavorless, the bbq sauce helped but not much. The pulled pork was so bad that the sauce didn't help. Half of the pulled pork sandwich was a huge glob of fat. It tasted like boiled meat with no seasoning. The plate was also supposed to come with 2 ribs, 1 was a rib, the other was the top side of a few different ribs, loaded with cartiledge. Both were dry, very little flavor and not tender. The baked beans were so tangy they were inedible. Surprisingly, the collard greens were fantastic. Drinks come in a can so there are no refills to wash down the tough meat. I wish the food was better.
