We stopped by this Dunkinā Donuts in Mount Morris as our first stop on a road trip. I ordered a Dunk-a-Latte, another iced coffee, and two breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, they completely forgot to make my Dunk-a-Latte, and I was left waiting for 5 to 10 minutes while other customers got their orders. Eventually, someone noticed I hadn't gotten mine yet and asked if I was still waiting, which was when they finally made it.
While they were nice and courteous about the situation, it was frustrating to be forgotten in the first place, especially since I was just standing there waiting. On the bright side, the Dunk-a-Latte was made really well and tasted great, better than some of the other locations I've visited, and the breakfast sandwiches were okay. Overall, I'd give this place three stars ā the food was decent, and the service was friendly, but they really should be more attentive with completing orders.

The rudest manager Iāve ever encounter with has no customer service, refused to give me my refund and call the cops on me because I wanted my drink done a certain way and instead of nicely explaining they couldnāt make it that way I instantly got hit with attitude of ā um yeah no we canāt do thatā and the escalated from there. Worst dunkin Iāve ever been too if I could Iād give it -1. wouldnāt give my the number to formally call and complain, and kept right on arguing with me and being extremely disrespectful and rude, and even denied my grandmother her refund who had paid for the drink after going and asking nicely.
