Normally i can get Great Carmel lattes here, but tonight I arrived at 7:20pm and was told I couldn't have one as they had already cleaned the latte machine. Since when?? We come a lot around this time. They close at 8pm every night so not sure why they cleaned the equipment so early. We ended up leaving bummed as we had drove over 1/2 hour to get them!
We stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts in Mount Morris as our first stop on a road trip. I ordered a Dunk-a-Latte, another iced coffee, and two breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, they completely forgot to make my Dunk-a-Latte, and I was left waiting for 5 to 10 minutes while other customers got their orders. Eventually, someone noticed I hadn't gotten mine yet and asked if I was still waiting, which was when they finally made it.
