I spoke to William here on the phone prior to placing an order on an app to make sure they can customize what I wanted - I placed the order only after he said he can do it - and then when I came for pick up he back said he cannot. I would not have come here was i not for the discounts being offered through the app - now I will not be coming for any reason - thanks William.

VERY grateful to Brian for waiting after closing for me to pick up my order. Not a good week for a multitude of reasons and I forgot I placed my order for pick up. I called, he said no worries, if not today another time I can pick up a replacement order. THIS is why I travel there. So kind, accommodating and always a kind word. And let's not forget the yummy bagels. ALWAYS a hit in my household. Oodles of thanks Bagels Your Way, we will be back.
Absolutely disgusting!! Gave me olive cream cheese instead of veggie! How do you mess that up. It’s not that hard to put cream cheese on a bagel! Food is gross and service is even more terrible.

Used to love this place, was my go to for an egg sandwich with turkey sausage. Today I received a pathetic sandwich that didn’t taste good at all. They went from a great, full-sized, flavorful sausage patty to these dry, tiny little sausage discs. For the price, not worth it. The saving grace here is the crispy potatoes, still good. Unsure if I will return.

Great bagels but would be nice if an egg sandwich came with eggs!!! Ordered 7 egg sandwiches and 4/7 came with no egg on it! Not to mention we gave them a note with everything written down!

Good food friendly staff prices skyrocketed from 5.75 to 8.50 for a simple bacon egg a cheese on roll which is an absolute insult to customers but apparently everyone in the country has to screw the consumer these days
