I placed a takeout order at the Mount Sinai Papa John’s location and ordered four pizzas of mixed sizes. Based on the menu and pricing, the total came to approximately $66, which felt reasonable for the quantity and variety ordered.
Starting with the positive, the food itself was very good. All four pizzas were cooked properly, tasted fresh, and were enjoyable. The crust, cheese, and toppings were consistent with what you expect from Papa John’s, and from a food-quality standpoint, there were no complaints at all. The menu is clearly laid out, prices are transparent, and vegetarian options are labeled, which makes ordering easier for different preferences.
Unfortunately, the service significantly impacted the experience. One staff member working on pizza preparation was openly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward another employee in front of customers and was constantly on video call and talking to someone in forigen language. This created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. Another employee assisted me only after I repeatedly insisted on getting help, and even then showed little interest in providing customer service. The overall service felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
Because of this behavior, the atmosphere was not pleasant despite the store being otherwise clean and organized. Customer-facing interactions matter, and this location would benefit greatly from improved professionalism and basic courtesy.
They accept online orders, credit cards, and cash. There is a private parking lot, which is free, though parking can become limited during peak hours.
In summary, the food was great and worth mentioning positively, but the poor service and negative in-store interactions ultimately brought the experience down.

Please speak more politely and treat people better.

DONT DONT eat here if you have an anytime of nut allergy! If there’s a India lady and u are allergic don’t because she was cooking my food and she was eating a nut mix and they don’t use gloves!
