Damn, lady behind the counter. Don't you realize your attitude is causing you to lose many customers? Read all these reviews that are directed at you. You got to work on your people skills, or hire someone that can work the counter for you. Because let me tell you it's almost comical how rude and unpleasant you are.

I used to give this place a 5/5, but since the new family took it over it is not always consistent with quality/flavor. The fried wontons seem soggy and chewy among other things. We have been ordering here since I was little and still do. Kitchen looks clean and well kept. They have good lunch specials.

The lady is always so rude. Never says thank you, hi, bye or even smiles back. Hangs up on me before I’m finished ordering. Will not return back. Tasty house down the road is always so friendly and I will be going there from now on!

Raised prices 3.50 per meal combination meal and made portions smaller food is good though looking for a different go to Chinese restaurant I think I’m done with Win Hing also the woman behind the counter has the personality of a dead snake!!!!!

I tried to order take out over the phone but my reception was bad. So when I got there I told them who I was and they were super friendly about it. The food came out fast and it was delicious. Got egg drop wonton soup and pepper steak- tender and juicy. I would give it 5 stars but the ambiance is just okay. Not a real "sit down" type of place.

I have lived in the area 14 years, think their food is very good but this cranky female owner will never change and I have not been there in years. I am a diehard and gave it one more try. On the way home after the hospital tonight, my nephew and I stopped in and he went in to place the order. When he asked for my food (one container) to be placed in a separate bag, she got so abrupt and starts throwing bags and food around and is clearly agitated over a customer request and I watched all this from the car outside the store. She should retire and that is the last time I will ever go in that place. If the food wasn't good, not many would put up with her attitude and they would have been out of business years ago.

Their Beef and Broccoli is amazing. Also. Their fried rice was really good. I will definitely come back and try another dish.

Boneless ribs and egg rolls were good, however woman working would not take credit card without first putting on gloves, then proceeds to hand me card back with gloves on then removed gloves, walked over (by refrigerator behind the counter) & PUT SOCKS ON HER SONS FEET **WITHOUT GLOVES** then proceeded to handle containers of food before I told her to wash her hands, which she did but only because I said something to her. Ohhh, & the boneless ribs are NOT sliced so not exactly easy to eat on the go. No knife fork or knife provided, only forks and spoons on a table in a bin that you can take from.

(I'm personally ok with that but some may not). I don't know of any take out restaurant of this nature, that wears gloves.
