Something as simple as wonton soup. It was super thick wonton paper used to make this wonton. The meat filling was the smallest amount as if they refused to use any meat at all and the roast pork strips were flavorless and, the soup in total had no care in the Chinese art of making roast pork or the tender wonton that complimented the soup.
When a restaurant takes very little care into what it serves the community. How can I trust it or believe in anything that they make when even the smallest item on the menu, lacks the attention it deserves?
The West Indian Community in Mount Vernon spends a considerable amount of money and effort to go to this restaurant. I love Chinese food and the culture and as a chef, I cook Chinese food and study culture. So I have a high appreciation but I also respect what I put in my body, and this restaurant does not.
Until they serve this with Community quality food!!

First time ever ordering food from this restaurant been living in the area for six years never again heartburn central. Plus a $12 minimum for delivery, plus an additional dollar delivery fee on top of whatever you tip them makes no sense. The shrimp toast was jampacked with oil two paper towels just to soak up the oil. Been in the bathroom since I ate that food would not recommend.

I called this place about 5 times to order ahead. The phone kept going to voicemail. When I arrived, the woman behind the counter was flustered. I placed my order and was charged to add sauce to my fries. I then got home to find my order was not correct. And the food wasn't even that good. Totally unsatisfied.

Gen tso chick, fried fish… everything is goodUPDATE AS Oct 2023, in the last THREE orders, which consisted of 4 meals each for my family, THE FOOD QUALITY AND TASTE DROPPED DRAMATICALLY! I now go over into the Bronx on Dyre Ave to get good Chinese food, with better prices.
