I normally don’t write reviews especially if the food is less than average but this location needs to revamp how they make food. But try not to come here if possible, my chicken sandwich came out stale and my lettuce tasted like ranch for some reason. Couldn’t find it in me to finish. My family members also found themselves with stomach problems after eating here. Unless they change their management or how they make food and clean, wouldn’t recommend.

I come from South Carolina, and the Burger Kings there have a big grill in the back where your burgers are done the right way, NOT MICROWAVED!!!

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but after three disappointing visits, I’m done. On all three occasions, my orders were incomplete. The first two times, commute was impossible but on the third visit, when I noticed something missing yet again, I could speak up.

Instead of apologizing or resolving the issue quickly, the staff gave me a hard time. Her was dismissive and unprofessional, making it feel like I was at fault for their repeated mistakes. I had to explain the issue multiple times

We were waiting food for 20 min, it came cold, half order not even there. Stuff totally unfriendly, didn't even understand what is missing even when we show them bill.
I love BK, but this one is like from twilight zone.
No trey, no mayo, no onion rings..

11-7-24 Ordered. Was the only customer in the resturant. Order took 30 mins for 3 items. They deleted the order. Servers were making them selves milkshakes not paying attened to anything. Took a manager to come and make the order. Worse bk ever.

My experience was lack luster. I get there at 6am, and they are still closed. An employee showed up and she could not get in. But this is what's expected in MT. Vernon. I guess. I will not come back to this location.

Purchased food here on Saturday evening around 6:30-7pm when I started eating the fries it tasted like something that was microwave within 5 minutes it was hard as a rock I got sick in the night. Trying calling the following day and no one answered. Tried today and a Manager picked up and I was explaining what happened over the weekend. She showed no concern. Extremely disappointed in this place. I got food poisoned and she didn’t care.

This location is beyond hilarious. A brilliant mind in front of me decided that he didn't want to use the drive thru so he wanted me to reverse so he can back out although there was no obstacle or any vehicle in front of him impeding his exit. He got aggressive and started honking at me repeatedly. I refused to move because I am under no obligation to do so and I was at the right place. A worker comes out and asks me to move, I explain to her that if he didn't mean to use the drive thru he can move forward and exit. If I make a mistake or change my mind it’s my obligation to move, I can't expect to force someone else to move because I feel like it. The workers decided to retaliate and gave me a burger with two patties and pickles, not what I ordered. The audacity to ask me to move and waste my time because someone else changed their mind when I'm not the person who made the mistake.
