He passed me I was right in front of him, and he ignored me He’s very rude well two men came to him, and he spoke to them and took care of them The store is located. At 515 Columbus Mt Vernon New York tI think the manager should talk to him about how to deal with people improve his Customer Service skills

There is always something going on with this place! It absolutely sucks! I came one day it was raining and was told “we’re only taking cash because it’s raining and our system is messed up.” I come today and “we’re only taking mobile orders.” When will this place be a normally functioning establishment? I don’t know why I even keep giving this place chance after chance. Get it together!

Today 01/28/2024 roughly around 2 - 3pm today was a bunch of lazy and slow females working they had people coming back in from the drive through complaining about wrong orders and people inside waiting for long periods including myself.I would not recommend this location. One Spanish chick I actually say on her phone texting in the back of the kitchen while people was asking and complaining about their food. A Bad location.

22 minutes and counting since I ordered my meal online- with only one car in front of me in the drive through. The associate tried to hand me someone else's order and then disappeared. Ridiculously slow. A far cry from operations during the day!

It's fast food and exactly what you'd expect. Unfortunately, sometimes the food isn't quite hot and barely warm even. The crew that works there is top notch however. Friendly, patient and helpful. They do a great job!
Items that are served to you are prepared WithSatisfaction. Store is romaintained and the staff are friendly. I'm going back there again today to try a couple. New features they have. I like the environment.

Night shift youngsters very slow with their service and tried putting in sauce pack in my food after it was dropped on the floor and then tried to sneak in the same pack after requesting to replace.
Long wait time...only one person takes and prepares orders... During lunch time rush hour...

Besides the dead cockaroach on the floor.. they got my order wrong. They tried, but it seems they need more staff and better equipped. I felt bad for the Spanish girl in the back who was making the food. I think she was training at the Sametime.
