Hour long wait for the food but this location doesn’t really care to respond to complaints as you can see by the other reviews. Sad to say but whoever owns this franchise won’t be making any changes for the better

I ordered a deal with 2 one topping pizza with a 2 liter coke. I did not receive the coke and asked the driver about it. He said he would be back in 20 minutes and never showed up. I even called the store and no one responds. I only hear the background noise of them talking. My 4 year old and pregnant wife have been eagerly waiting. I am disappointed.

My order was ready and they had me waiting for an extra 15 minutes into top it off the girl at the front who answers the phone took an order over the phone and then immediately went to touching the bread and I asked her why she didn’t wash her hands and she looked at me and rolled her eyes, and then they all started talking in the language laughing I would never come back here. They are so nasty and unsanitary.

I ordered 20 medium pizzas from Domino's on Gramatan Avenue for our church, preordering the day before using my card. The pizzas were delivered around 11 a.m. the next day, earlier than expected, which I appreciated. I tipped the driver at delivery.
However, around 5 p.m., during the dismissal of our Vacation Bible School camp, I received numerous calls from Domino's stating that my payment was declined. This escalated when several employees showed up at the church, along with three additional Domino's cars, demanding to see me and insisting on payment. The issue stemmed from a simple human error: the CVV was entered incorrectly when I read the card number to them, causing my bank to flag the transactions as potential fraud. This was a $160 transaction, a small amount that would have gone through if the CVV had been entered correctly in the first place. It is incredibly sad that a billion-dollar company would create such a stressful situation over such a minor error. I rectified the situation promptly, but not before the employees involved also called the police.
Their behavior was aggressive and unprofessional. They forced their way into our building after being asked multiple times to wait outside. Our children, staff, and volunteers were concerned for their safety as a result of this unnecessary confrontation. Additionally, during one of the calls, a Domino's employee asked me how much money I had in my account, which was deeply disrespectful and uncalled for.
Because of this experience, I would never order from this location again. Their handling of the situation was completely unacceptable and caused serious concern for the safety of our church community.

I asked for Mac and cheese and when I got it it was VERY greasy and there was only cheese no noodles. It looked very bad, but the pizza was good tho.

Pizza horrible, barely sausage and toppings on pizza. Burnt and cold, taste nasty. The driver didn't follow instructions and hung up the phone. Waste of money, we threw away the food. Need to fire the driver

This place gives dominos a bad name. Worse quality across the board. Idk why yall came to our area if this is how you treat people. I pray you just go with a local pizza shop leave it to the pros.

I ordered at 11pm and all now I didn’t get my order it’s 1:10am and the store just closed. I called the store before over and over and they would not answer first he said he messed up my order didn’t want to remake it now he’s saying his order machine is broken
If so why didn’t they call me and let me know my order was gonna take 2-3 hours? Or why didn’t they cancel it

I ordered pizza online from this location. The pizza was delivered missing part of my order. I called to let them know, and to have the missing items delivered. The guy who took the call said okay you’re gonna have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. An hour later I still didn’t get the food. I called back and a woman answered the phone asked for my number I explained everything to her and she hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold and no one came back to the phone. Terrible customer service and zero problem solving capabilities, and they still have the extra money because I never got the food. Ridiculous

I ordered this tonight 5/4/25 I ordered the food at 7:59pm it said the food would be done 8:29-8:32. I get a phone call at 8:19 that the delivery guy was outside. Open my food up to this halfed cooked chicken. This was totally unacceptable. Something needs to be done at this location

I have always ordered from here . This time it’s my LAST time ! As a fire wife of two small children often solo parenting . I was forced to wake up my toddler to go get my order after I paid because the driver Islam would not bring it up to my apartment . I was enraged because many times I order I chose the “leave at door” . They said they have a policy of not going to deliver the pizza to the door BUT IT DOES NOT SAY IT ON THE WEBSITE! I was enraged because I explained my child was sleeping and not a budge from him or the manager . I was hung up on a couple of times by the store as well . No consideration for people with kids so imagine the elderly or disabled. I will no longer spend my money here .
