I placed an order on Sunday 02/18/24 between 1:30-2pm at the domino's pizzeria in Mt Vernon ny on Gramathan ave. I ordered 2 pies, barbecue wing that was not barbecued. It was wings that sauce was poured on. The only thing that was correct was the brownies. I even got an order of hot wings( i didn't order)but did not get the parmesan bread bites. It took me almost 30 minutes to take my card number because they couldn't get the numbers right. I'm still waiting for my receipt. I'm waiting to see how many times I was charged for the order. I would love to show what I got but I don't think I can put the picture in this post. The resolution is they will give me free barbecue wing with my next order!! I will never get that because I WONT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Samaj did not understand because I replied and said that he said something because he looked at his friend's face. How do any people in our store and this area have to keep people who speak Spanish in check because they know all the languages or do they have to be ex-reses?Ri Omar speaks poorly, I went to the store to shop and there was no one there who spoke my language and I asked the cashier about charging me and she said something bad in her language and thank God I understood it Couldn't understand because I would respond and say he said something mean because of the look on his partner's face. I ordered from this location. I don't know if it's bad management, etc. But lately the service has been horrible. Once when I ordered, the pizza took over an hour to come, and they brought the wrong pizza. We called the location, and the woman who picks up the phone plays dumb when there's an issue. I even purchased extra garlic sauces, etc., only to have things missing from this order. When I called, I was told some roundabout story of getting a credit, after the lady who picked up the phone, per usual, kept going in circles with me. They DON'T pay attention, mess up orders, and then you get no recourse. Literally, I lost money by not getting ALL of my items, and then there is no recourse. Never again. I am done with Dominos and am cutting off my online account.

RECENTLY , Domino's at this location has been pretty good . The food has been good , the customer service is good . Maybe they changed the management ? Who knows .I’ve been using the app and have ordered several times with serval different orders , each one was to my liking .

I'm confused why people eat this muck. In a world full of pizzerias with Italian people working in them and making the pizza fresh everyday, why would someone want a pre frozen factory made pizza with low quality garbage ingredients? It baffles my mind.

Better to order online than walk in. Told cashier 3 times double sausage, so why did I get "double sauce" and NO sausage? He was too busy having his side conversation with cooks in back.
they work hard for there $$$ but no excuse bfor screwing up the orders, the app or web site dosent help

Picked up a pizza pie from here short notice and sadly it was over cooked to the point where it was almost burned and it wasn't even cut properly very disappointed.
