All the reviews complaining about homeless people are out-of-date. All the seats were removed during the pandemic; they have moved diagonally across the street, and there are no seats in the new location.

First time at this location (I live in Yonkers ) and I swear it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had a coffee shop. Dunkin’ - give Amil a raise! Im an avid Starbucks drinker but I’ll switch up if service was always this great. Such a pleasant experience!

So glad to wake up to Dunkin coffee... quick service, friendly and efficient people, and options. A visitor this weekend told us they had great iced coffee. Keep it up Dunkin' but the jelly doughnuts need more jelly. The Munchkins have the same amount of jelly as the large ones... not quite right.
