New employees were hired at this location by owners. Worst mistake ever! How am I waiting for a picking up order I places 15 minutes ago? Never had this issue with the former employees that worked the morning shift! It's happened a couple of times for the past three weeks since they got ride of the good employees and hired horrible new ones!

Since the pass weeks manager got new workers worst service , coffees not being made right. You order for pickup you still got to wait 20mins. Management bring back your old workers they were the BEST in town!!I will not return to this location Sandford

I was surprised how fast the service was in this DD and employees courteous. The donuts was fresh and tasty and coffee made just the way I wanted it. Even my daughter was surprised at how good her drink was. I recommend. Added bonus they have a parking lot.

not much to say here in a typical dd in mount vernon with typical menu offerings but they do have good amount of seating and free wifi. 2 donuts and a sugary cold ice coffee drink shouldnt be a problem and it was not .a busy dd on a thursday morning as its in and out constantly but its ok cause i got plenty of time to enjoy.
I ordered my coffee and sandwich. They were out of bagels at 10A. The got my coffee order wrong but I decided to drink it anyway. I waited 15 mins for my sandwich. Someone ordered after me pick up my sandwich. The young lady making the sandwiches was backed up. When I asked where was my order, she stated with an attitude that she was making them by order. I was trying to explain someone took my order thinking it was theirs. But she just kept her back turned. My issue is when I was trying to talk to her she couldn't stop to fully address the situation. Then when the couple behind me got their sandwiches, now they hand me mine, not realizing they had my sandwiches the whole time. Customer service isn't great.

I ordered my coffee and sandwich. They were out of bagels at 10A. The got my coffee order wrong but I decided to drink it anyway. I waited 15 mins for my sandwich.
