Terrible service! I was denied access to the restroom even though I was a patron in the store. One of the employees who claimed to have been cleaning despite wiping only the front store windows, with the restroom being clearly open and accessible for use, refused to allow me to use the restroom without providing any explanation as to why I was refused access to the restroom.
This is despicable and a flagrant violation of Title 8 of the New York City Administrative Code pertaining to Human Rights and Public Accommodations! I would not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money here!!!!
Went there two days in a row ordered the meal deal get to my destination, which is about 8 minutes away and I have no hashbrowns paid $27 and do not have a complete meal go back. Oh I don’t remember you don’t have the bag now of course I don’t because I’m coming back after work because I can’t come back during work hours as you’re already working, so no I don’t have the bag with the food in it. As slow as they are, you would think your order would be correct. It’s worth driving an extra seven minutes away out my way to make sure my order is correct and get what I’m paying for. This is so unacceptable.
Manager very mean! He would not take bacon off my 6.00 meal. Very unprofessional and rude.
Everytime I order more than 1 wrap. They shove 2 into 1 paper sleeve. Also the staff never come across pleasant.

Service has gotten better in terms of professionalism, however it holds the record for being the slowest Dunkin’ in the area.

I got my coffee here and the coffee was good, can't complain about that.The issue is in something else.I wanted to wash my hands...since I saw that two small couches and a table are kind of blocking the entrance to the washroom I asked the employee if I could use it...his answer was - "NO, it's not working, you can go to the gas station".A message for the owner/franchisee: Obviously I am not the only one to complain about this and this is not a temporary issue - blocking the restroom tells a lot. This will never happen at Starbucks, and you should not be mad at me about this review but learn how to serve customers and provide top service, so, as a small local business you could build return customers...and in this case you lost me...1 coffee per day x 5 days x52 weeks...
Took a while to order because the guy taking our order was new plus had trouble with the English language. I had to point out the picture on the menu board. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

I’ve always patronized this establishment especially the 1 on South Columbus Ave in Mt Vernon,NY. Unfortunately, they changed management now the service is poor. I’m quite disappointed. I ordered one thing n I was given something else. I didn’t realize it until I was on my way to the airport. Then I couldn’t return.
