I’ve always patronized this establishment especially the 1 on South Columbus Ave in Mt Vernon,NY. Unfortunately, they changed management now the service is poor. I’m quite disappointed. I ordered one thing n I was given something else. I didn’t realize it until I was on my way to the airport. Then I couldn’t return.
Service is deplorable. Disrespectful workers After waiting to be served for 5 minutes dude asks me “u must not like ur job right” lol what.Told buddy just give me my food and let me get out of here. PROCEEDS to diss me saying I must not like my job all types of weird childish things. Completely ignored him but I had to share. I use to manage a Dunkin’ lol this would not fly at any location. Arguing with a customer? That isn’t saying a thing to u? Yea this would not fly at any other location. I waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while the manager continued to chat and laugh in the back and then greet me with rude behavior? Unacceptable . At least share the joke buddy.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts regarding their customer service. Upon entering the store and notifying the employee about my mobile order, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful response delivered in a loud and demeaning tone. This interaction left me feeling disheartened, as my intention was simply to communicate my order. Such behavior diminishes the quality of service and warrants attention from the management to ensure a more respectful atmosphere for customers. This lady seen in the photo I took was the worker

Those bagels are hard to chew.....very different from Starbucks's one.
Don't go to the drive thru! They didn't take our order until the car in front of us got their order and pulled away. And we sat there for a long time before that. The only reason I didn't back up and leave was that there were cars waiting behind us.

Haven't been here since my American Christmas days, but it still appears to be the little business that could. They were efficient then, and they're efficient now. Of course, you may experience an issue; that happens anywhere, but I can say this location is the go-to spot for people who need their food on the run. The drive thru gets slammed, so go inside when that happens.FYI It's a bit of an awkward place to get to because of the area and is tucked behind an Amoco gas station, so you'll miss it if cruising down Boston Rd.
