If you’re a black man EXPECT to be treated with condescension and total disrespect. Expect to wait long for your food. Expect to be served with no fork, spoon or napkin. Expect them to pretend as if they don’t speak English but as soon as the old white man with glasses walks in, he’s greeted with a smile, hello and fluent English. The white man. Is priority. It don’t matter if you greeted them they won’t greet you back yet, will greet the white person who doesn’t greet them. I’m glad the $10 I spent there was the money I found one the floor otherwise, I’d cancel the order. These people are prejudice. You can feel the energy. They’re so unwelcoming to those who spend money with them. My advice is go elsewhere.

Just freaking horrible. I had the worst experience ever with this place. It creeped me out so bad I've deleted any food app. I had. I ordered a large beef with oyster sauce. I didn't eat it when I got it. I was waiting until today to eat it because I wasn't hungry anymore. I opened the box and noticed something in the dish looked funny, so I looked closer and said I know damn well this is not a freaking roach!!! Now I'm shocked. So I said let me look at some more and I see another roach.. ok, now I'm freaked all the way out. Then I decided to turn the entire dish out of the box. I'm looking through this shit again and I found another roach deep down drenched in gravy. I felt like bugs were all over me. And to think I had this crap in my fridge. So with that being said. I will never ever eat from here or anywhere else due to this horrible experience. I hope the health department shuts them down. People please be aware of this place.

There was a roach crawling on my container of food. Owner did not apologize but was able to refund my order. Disgusting!!

This place is filthy. There were mouse droppings all over the counters and floors of the restaurant. When I brought it to the owners attention she pulled out a Clorox wipe and tried to convince me it was sesame seeds.

Typically I don’t have problems with this place. However, this weekend I ordered beef and broccoli, I woke up the next day feeling violently ill ( nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and etc). That was also the only thing I ate the day prior. I feel like quality isn’t the same as it used to be.

I have ordered from Friendlys many times. Yesterday, I ordered shrimp with black bean sauce. About 30 minutes after eating, I became violently ill. I had stomach cramps and chills, and other not so pleasant symptoms. Never again. Beware of this place!

I’ve ordered from Friendly several times through food delivery services and my food has arrived hot and flavorful each time.The delivery fees are a bit exorbitant (it depends on the delivery app used), but I can rely on Friendly for great portions too.
