I’ve ordered from Friendly several times through food delivery services and my food has arrived hot and flavorful each time.The delivery fees are a bit exorbitant (it depends on the delivery app used), but I can rely on Friendly for great portions too.

It's not what it used to be when I was a kid I ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice The pork fried rice had no onions no beans sprouts It was just 5 pieces of pork and a plate full of rice I asked for my chicken wings to Be chopped up that didn't happen

Food is good. But their website sucks. It list a bunch of delivery services thar I wouldn't trust with my food and their menu is a picture of the one they place with the order. If they invested more in technology they would probably get more business.
