Ice cream and smoothie was great.
Horrible ! The ice cream is good but customer service is horrible
Instead of explaining to me that I could chose two flavor only on a large cup the lady had a nasty attitude with rolling eyes at me.
They should really work on their customer service skills,
If your Hispanic I wouldn’t recommend to go here sorry but not sorry
When there to get my favorite ice-cream rum and raisins favor ice-cream.
Love the ice-cream, very nice people
I don't typically eat ice cream in America due to having unfavorable experiences after eating ice cream when I was much younger. On June 9, 2025, I entered a restaurant and observed that the establishment had a freezer filled with Ice Cream Factory products. I decided I would enjoy the Caribbean flavor ice cream under the guise that it was authentic and healthy ingredients. Since I really enjoyed ice cream in the Caribbean I knew I would give the Jamaican Rum Raisin a try. I planned my evening to include my rum raisin ice cream. I joyfully indulged in two tablespoons. As I lifted the third spoonful I began reading the nutritional facts and ingredients. I observed the ice cream has an additive known as carrageenan which is often used as an emulsifier to stabilize the ice cream. However, the ingredient is a known carcinogenic. This particularly product does not specify whether the ingredient is food grade or degraded carrageenan. It would be helpful to specify the molecular weight of the carrageenan to allow buyers to make an informed decision. Because of my degree of discomfort with the ingredients in this product, including but not limited to the carrageenan, I discarded the ice cream after eating three tablespoons.

Great ice cream, love the grapenut flavor. However the customer service is very lacking. It may be a cultural thing but seems like a cop out. I come back just for the ice cream, I just always expect no one to greet me and to feel like I’m inconveniencing them every time.
GREAT BUYS.....GREAT SELECTION OF SIZES AND FLAVORS
I've been going here for year's the Ice cream is usually good but I always wonder why the price is different when it's in the fridge than when it's served over the counter isn't it the same ice cream? the ones in the refrigerator when it melts it’s foamy it doesn’t melt how ice cream should melt therefore I wasted my money.
Too expensive.
The worst ice-cream I ever had, tasted cheap and not rich. Flavors were bland, bought 3 Flavors and they all tasted the same. Never again.
